I love the fact that you can use sequences within the CRM. Its incredibly helpful to have direct access to sequences. Another plus is that there has been very little downtime for the sequences features and its easy to edit and create them.
There aren't the level of insights that dedicated services like Salesloft have. Also the threading remains a clunky feature and requires a few creative workarounds instead of just working.
It helps reach out to a wide variety of prospects with relevant and custom outreach. Every day I know exactly what I need to do and how long it takes to finish the tasks in an efficient and productive manner. I have scheduled over 400 meetings using Hubspot sales hub.
Hubspot is easy to setup and implement. It gives you also a lot of inspiration about inside marketing and how to build a great marketing strategy. In Sales Hub we like the flexibility that we can easy edit all functions toward our needs and align in the sales process.
Honestly, not much as the functionality is great. Some functions are (due to the large set) a bit hard to find.Pricing could be cheaper especially the big packages comes with a huge pricetag for smaller organisations
Hubspot is a great tool to manage our pipeline and sales activities. We track deals and structure our sales activities. The saleshub is also the backbone of our reporting.
Best features of this platform are: 1. It facilitates ease of closing deals by creating and importing various deals of the enterprise. 2. The app integration is really great as it lets me schedule the dates for my meetings by using calender of Google, Miscrosoft Outlook and Exchange. 3. Its offering of a free plan makes it great to intepret once and use it. It lets me list down and create my tasks as well as keep a track of my tasks.
Some limitations of this platform are: 1. The first and foremost turn off for me while using this platform was the prcing of the subscription plans which is really high for me. 2. It does not let me change my subject head while writing e-mails, which is a turn off. 3. I could not add reminder in integration with other platforms while creating a task, and also the operating time was a bit slow.
HubSpot Sales Hub is everything an enterprise can need to manage sales, marketing, automate workflows in sequence, and also provides various analytics tools as well. I used this platform's tasks feature in sales hub to manage my upcoming tasks as well as have a reminder for them.
Hubspot allows me to focus on what i need to do with all the pertinent information regarding the customer or prospect
If i make a mistake with email it is a bit cumbersome to make a change
When making outbound sales calls, I have who i am speaking with and all information to utilize at my fingertips
Used different CRM tools before and so far, HubSpot is the best one! Managing my customers' data is a piece of cake. I especially like the ability to select multiple items at the same time.
I don't dislike anything, but if there's room for improvement, it's probably good to choose where we would save the new contact (existing record or new record) to avoid duplicate records.
Cleaning up bad contacts is so easy to do using the Sales Hub.

It solves the problem of monitoring activity across the tea and all of our live deals, existing customers and prospects, formatting them into easy-to-read and easy to action.

When you click on a prospect and then go back and the search filters have been removed.
Essentially a schedule - allows me to stay on track with outreach. Also helpful with the reports to track progress.
There are two way to view your leads, also you can have a very extensive search and view.
Sometimes creating a view gets complicated, but once you learn it, it is all good.
Making the tracking easier, also the phone line over VoIP is great for when out of the country. Helps me be within reach no matter where I am.

The best feature in HubSpot is how great it organzies your pipeline. This is especially valuable when you have multiple clients, with mulitple POCs, and mulitple people from your orgnization that interacts with client.
HubSpot can take some time to get good swith. This is a very comprehenssive platform and like any product if this magnitiude, you have to committ to learning the platform.
There are no problems in HubSpot. The platform works very well with one minor excpetion. It imports the clinets compnay information fro mthier email domain and sometimes they get it wrong.
I like how user friendly it is and I particularly enjoy the task/note functionality to keep me organized.

I like the ease of managing a sales funnel, the possibility of exporting the funnel for specific analysis, and the various integrations that the hub allows. Easy to learn to use.
There's nothing that comes to mind that would discredit HubSpot. However, I believe the task tab, for example, could have the option to filter which deal is related to that task and the stage of the funnel for that deal, directly on the main task screen.
