I have been using HubSpot Sales Hub for 7 months now and I've never had an issue.
Tracking customer email/text flow.
I like that I can email our customers direclty from within hubspot and how I can have tons of different templates for each email. I also love the chat feature hubspot has!
I think hubspot could do a better job with sales analytics to help track conversion, etc.
I think they are trying to do a better job with their metric system. I noticed they added in a few features - such as showing how many clicks/ views per email template.
I love the fact that tasks make my work flow so easily to organize my day. Without it, I don't know how I would keep in touch with so many prospects and clients.
I wish there was a better way that I could automate my day to make it so I can create tasks flows when there are normal patterns in my contacts with those in my funnel.
The problems that I am solving with HubSpot Sales Hub is staying in touch with our database on a constant basis. The benefits that I have realized is by being persistent in my communication speaks volumes to my success.
I like the ease of creating contacts, the app integrations for calling, the templates, and the option to create and modify meeting links, and there are too many things to count. I want to say something negative but they roll out features and updates that people can get behind.
Really can't think of something I dislike.

Innovation to our training platforms and sales teams
There is room to customize a bunch of things which makes the tool easy to align to whatever project you are orchestrating in your organization. Depending on the plan you are subscribe to, you have access to custom objects which are super usefull when your organization is kind of complext in terms of data recording.
Since the level of customization is very high, the users have to be very familiar with the changes you make to the platform. Also, if you enable contact association by domain, the platform will create multiple company records that will need to be merge and that is a manual task. The importance of data governance must be something that all of the users are aware of.
We use hubspot for all purposes in marketing, from keeping track of sales activities to landing pages management.
The sheer simplicity of the tool, and the ability to do almost anything in the shortest time frame, Sky is the limit

We have been able to streamline all of our Customer Success Processes with the help of HubSpot, and using automation has been a life saver.
Ease of use was a big talking point for my business and we decided to give Hubspot a go as it was a new piece of software we hadnt come across but we are very glad we did as we are now using it everyday and run the business through it. I would recommend Hubspot to anyone.
The pricing is slightly high but as we have grown using Hubspot we can see the benefit in using the system and are now happy with the price.

The main problem is customer relations management and productivity of my sales team. This is benefitical for growing sales, identifying messesaging and processes that work.
Everything is connected and all in one place. I can see what a customer has viewed from our marketing team and also how things are going in the service area.
I wish more of the enterprise features were available to Professional subscriptions - like Custom Objects.
HubSpot is awesome at giving me all the tools I need in one place, instead of having to switch between so many apps to get what I need.

I like how SalesHub enables so much automatation, The best thing is we can pivot and change direction so quickly because it requires no code and no developers. I automated a whole customer journey in a week that was worth 1.2m to our business.
The hardest thing about SalesHub is convincing others of its worth! At first glance you can have CRM snow-blindness if you're not used to dealing with tech. But it doesn't take long for people to learn :)
SalesHub is helping me to solve the problem of how to coach our coaches. The data I have available to share with my Sales Team Leaders so they can coach their reps is invaluable.

The meeting calendar link is a great feature. Sequences are great too. Templates - snippets are amazing too. Logging of activity. The different layers of working is easy to understand once you have the hang of it.
I do think that analytics and data is lacking customisation. If you're not a HS nerd like myself, conversion rates, avgs are hard to get without pulling out a spreadsheet aswell.

Sales Hub enables our clients to execute sales activities in a more efficient and productive manner than other CRMs. Salesforce can be crowded and ugly, whereas HubSpot Sales CRM makes things easy to understand.
It would be great if Sales Hub could create a leads object... OH WAIT, they just did! Finally HubSpot has a place where we can help our clients prospect their leads!
