Ease of use, very intelligent system, strong workflow for campaigns, good integrations to Outlook, Linkedin ....
So far no big shortcomings, regularly new fuctionality introductions
Pipeline overview, forecasting very easy.
The workflow automation is by far my favorite piece of this. Incredibly simplified, so it doesn't take a great deal of expertise to get it set up and moving. My firm is a bit strange in that we are buyers and not sellers, but this has worked great for us. We do a lot of personalized outreach and used to average an outreach of around 3000 corporates per person annually. Now, we can push that to nearly 10000 with relative ease. The linkedin add-on is amazing, and makes it incredibly easy to input data that may not be on the Salesflare account. For example, we use a separate database for our target companies, and simply clicking on their linkedin page effectively allows us to automatically input all the information into Salesflare. We used to do this same process through multiple platforms: trello, Zoho, YAMM, and google sheets. This consolidated all of this into one place.
I have only minor complaints here. My only real grievance is that if an email is wrong on a contact. Then you have to recreate the entire contact until you find the right email. Their email finder works just as well as any other email finder I've ever used. None of them are perfect, but I'd say they get 85-90% of them on the dot. In the grand scheme of things, these aren't even remotely problems. This platform has still allowed us to reach an entirely different tier for our outreach. Great platform that is affordable and incredibly user-friendly.
We use Salesflare for outreaching to corporates for acquisition targets at our investment fund. This platform has significantly increased our outreach abilities.
Salesflare lets you create multiple opportunity types with different stages, meaning you can really customize your sales process for different targets or products. It also integrates really nicely with gmail and contacts, and does a pretty good job of letting you just spin up an opportunity for a new person / company if you have communicated with them already.
Not much. In some ways, I wish that my CRM had this functionality and I didn't have to use a separate tool, but Salesflare has good integration, and there is not much to complain about. It works really well for what it was designed to do.
We use Infusionsoft what has the idea of opportunity pipelines, but they aren't well thought out, and it tends to make sales teams lazy about using it. Salesflare is really easy and fun to use, and by gaining further compliance on moving people down the pipeline, you end up with a higher sales rate.
one can create his own view by applying the filters present in the option. Track could be maintained by the charts and the graphs. It us much easy than the others product.
Mainly sometimes loading time which it consumes while refreshing the page. Nothing. They can decrease the loading time. Login page.it logs youout frequently....
Better tracking of the customers and their queries. Team leader can easily track the grivinaces. Yes it makes an employee more productive. Yes the business increased with the help of it.
Simple to use with full features Intuitive Interface It is not overloaded like other systems Integrates well with other apps that any business would utilize
There is nothing that I can point out that I dislike.
Salesflare is in the process of replacing years of SalesForce.com usage. SalesFlare is slick and scalable, and the primary problem that it is solving is young account reps are not necessarily familiar with SalesForce. SalesForce is very familiar to older sales reps for sure, but if you are 20-something and a rockstar, you want something intuitive, fast, and easy. SalesFlare delivers on all of those points.
The cadence in which I should reach out to prospects and when I should follow up.
I think that there should be more functionality with being able to track calls.
Nothing at the moment.
The diversity of the features. Has everything a good CRM should have.
The speed of the platform is a little bit slow sometimes.
It helps me keep track of all the new current and past clients and basically helps me store all the information.
It meets my CRM expectations: dynamic, quick and easy to enter & access client information and keeps track of my follow-up actions. My previous experiences with other CRM tools were "a pain" to use & update. Salesflare is "a joy" to use and helps me a lot in my day to day work
Not a dislike more a suggestion/room for improvement: 1/ allow users to export using a selection of criteria 2/ to also see the tasks on account level (now only on task level)
You know what they say: If it's not in CRM, it does not exist. CRM is my "client/prospect bible" and my "memory" - it keeps track (in a very easy way) of client information and follow-up tasks.
LinkedIn & Gmail integration, ability to send automated email sequences USING GMAIL ALIAS! love how it pulls their social & populates other useful info. Love their mobile app & timeline feature too!
Their support team is somewhere overseas (USA I think) & starts around 5pm in Australia so if I need live support then I gotta work nights. Other than that their live support is among the best I've ever dealt with! Their knowledge base is great too!
Cold email outreach, Linkedin lead nurture, general sales pipeline management & telemarketing software
Pros: email templates, email syncing, email tracking, easy data import and export, intuitive opportunity pipelines to help track deals, are some of my favorite features, + awesome customer service that is readily available to help.
Cons: There isn't anything that is a dealbreaker for me at this time. Though, I do wish editing contacts involved a double click instead of a separate button. But that’s a minor aspect.
At first, I had issues syncing my email but found that it was the way I had connected it to the platform that was the issue. This was easily resolved after chatting with a member of Salesflare’s support team. I have gained a lot of benefits from it as now I can communicate more easily with my co-workers regarding accounts, and keep track of my tasks more efficiently.
