It's a one-stop destination as a CRM for any agency out there.

As a busy female entrepreneur, my days were often filled with endless to-do lists, meetings, and deadlines. I struggled to keep track of everything, and it felt like I was constantly playing catch-up. That's when I discovered ClickUp, which completely changed my life. Using ClickUp as my project management tool has given me time freedom I never thought possible. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, although it has a bit of a learning curve, and I was able to customise it to fit my specific needs. I can now easily track all my projects, deadlines, and tasks in one place, dramatically impacting my productivity.

There is no downside to using ClickUp. Even the free version will be enough for most starting entrepreneurs. The only thing that I could think of is that there is a bit of a learning curve, seeing as there are so many features and possibilities within the ClickUp platform. But I believe that that time investment, in the beginning, is more than worth it, as you save at least one day a week, if not more, by using ClickUp!

Having tasks everywhere in various places, from post-its to notebooks, to Google Docs, Google Calendar, and the list goes on! Having Clickup as my main project management greatly impacted my productivity and saved me so much time a day!

Mostly I like the flexibility of ClickUp and how I can use it in my day to day activity around my business.

Well, there is really nothing I dislike. When starting it can be hard to start cause all of the possibilities, however all the guide videos etc are super great!

ClickUp is solving the CRM problems what I had earlier. It also allows me to have some amazing automations around that so I can focus on doing the work and make everything happen.

It seems to me that there are no limits with ClickUp. Everything that is needed in business can be implemented in terms of technology and content. I am already looking forward to version 3.0.

In some places I feel that ClickUp offers too many options or that better control over the view would be helpful. I am sure that these problems will be fixed with the new version.

In the context of business agility, ClickUp is much more flexible and adaptable than its competitors. The topic of automation is also getting better and better. In this way, a workflow can be mapped very well in favour of the user.

ClickUp's unique hierarchy allows for diverse configuration possibilities. The home resource that combines multi-industry tasks in one easy-to-access place. The unique Attributed Comments feature greatly helps asynchronous communication of comments become a work to be done. Dashboards allow you to build custom reports. The dependency between tasks is easy to build in the Gantt view.

Occasionally there is instability in performance and speed. The lack of language support in Portuguese. The application does not have the Portuguese language yet. The formula custom field could be allowed to use in the dashboard.

ClickUp helps me easily delegate tasks, control deadlines, organize everything sequentially according to my process.

Features are delivered on shallow, so for instance, you can not use a formula field data (to sort, for example) so you'll have to wait for minor completions (like drag & drop ability somewhere) to get released as a feature. 3. Almost the last 18 months were a freeze due to the performance upgrades (hopefully it will end this Jun after the ClickUp 3.0 release with lots of new features)

We have been working remotely since 6 years ago and we needed tools to help us track, collaborate, and manage our work. So we began using many tools, integrating them, and categorizing... but that brought some complex issues for employees and their resistance. Until we found ClickUp which brings all that in one place and also integrates with any other platform perfectly. ClickUp solved almost all of our remote working challenges.

Lastly, ClickUp integrates with many popular tools such as Google Drive, Trello, Slack, and Zapier, making it easier to manage tasks and projects from one place.

First, ClickUp can be overwhelming for new users due to its extensive features and customization options, which may require time and effort to learn and understand. Second, ClickUp is a cloud-based application, meaning you need an internet connection to access it. This can be inconvenient for users who need to work offline or have limited internet access. Lastly, ClickUp can be clunky and laggy as taking action in ClickUp have some lag time and may require refreshing to see the changes.

ClickUp is a game-changer when it comes to project management. This platform has allowed teams to streamline their communication and collaboration efforts, making it easy to keep everyone on the same page. With ClickUp, there's no need to waste time updating each other on phone calls or via email about project statuses. All the necessary information is easily accessible to the entire team.

The only issue I have is that there is no live chat. There is a bot you can chat with, which is helpful, but I'd like to be able to speak with a person when something comes up.

The 2 major issues we had was information being spread all over the place and hard to find, and also the amount of time wasted communicating with eachother about where we are with tasks/projects. ClickUp has solved these by giving us one easy to use place with all of the moving parts and pieces where we can all work together.

I really appreciate the way ClickUp has improved my productivity. I believe this is due to its integration of various tools into one user-friendly platform, which offers excellent usability. There are few issues that can be cited as problematic with ClickUp. However, the real difficulty I have encountered in terms of usability are the automations created within the platform. When a large number of automations are activated, it becomes challenging to edit and manage each one individually, and it is necessary to search through them one by one.

ClickUp has facilitated project tracking and management, remote work, the execution of OKRs, and the execution of operational routines. All of these factors have contributed to increasing the group's overall productivity, which is the main benefit.

I love using ClickUp. Not only for work but also to plan my personal live. The variety of features it has makes planning and working on projects very comfortable

I miss an integration of writing math equations in ClickUp docs. I would love to see an integration mathjax in docs, but by the speed but at the rate, ClickUp is getting new features, I don't think it will take too long.

What do I like best about ClickUp? Everything. No, seriously. I love having projects well-defined, easy to follow, easy to update, and easy for the Executive Team to see on the Dashboard. I love the consistency, visibility, and unity across departments. I love being about to chat right on the task, so the thread doesn't get lost in a bigger conversation. I've tried so many different tools that didn't quite meet the mark. You couldn't get a big-picture view. You couldn't have goals. You couldn't have subtasks. You couldn't make a task repeatable. With ClickUp, you can. ClickUp makes life easier and allows us to focus on the big things - our mission, vision, and goals.

The only thing I dislike is waiting for ClickUp 3.0 to come out. I would have liked it yesterday!

ClickUp makes OKRs better. Being able to connect specific tasks to goals as well as measurable results allows everyone to see and understand how the things they are working on supports the Objectives and Key Results. Event Planning has become more structured and intentional. We think through the options earlier on and make good choices - so we don't end up with last minute requests and asks on the various teams.

This is the one tool to rule them all. I really like the way you can taylor the platform to your needs - it makes it so powerful!

You can set things up in so many different way taht it may be confusing sometimes.

It really give all relevant informations to improve the business and productivity.

Using the previous version, I wished ClickUp was a bit faster. But it's completely fixed in the latest version, so I'm happy now.

I can confidently say that ClickUp has benefited our team in numerous ways, from improving our communication to enhancing our project management capabilities. One of the biggest problems that ClickUp has solved for us is the issue of disorganization. Another issue that ClickUp has helped us address is the challenge of remote work. As a team that frequently works from different locations, it was essential for us to have a platform that allowed for seamless collaboration, which gives a feeling like we are in the same room.

Task Management

I can easily track all the tasks from the project and customize them since each project's needs are different. And it's pretty intuitive. Documents in ClickUp are also something that deserves honorable mentions :D

Well, I am not sure if I am experienced enough to use it, but the Gantt chart is something that needs to be worked on. Besides that, I am not a huge fan of whiteboards. At least not for the current look of it.

For me, it solves a lot of problems. The main one is centralization. Even if you use other platforms like Miro, Google Docs, etc., you can still centralize it in ClickUp.

Clickup has been a complete game changer when it comes to work productivity. It has customizable views and you can build dashboards to easily be able view and analyze projects/tasks.

Sometimes you need to refresh the app to have the current data be displayed. However, this is being fixed in ClickUp 3.0. I am very excited to utilize the new updates!

It is helping us visual and breakdown the tasks that need to be completed, display the status, and align opportunity to sales roadmap. It has increased communication, team collaboration, and efficiency.

The lot of features that it supports. Most of all the gitlab integration!

Speed. v2.0 is a bit slow sometimes. I am hope the next version will be much faster.

Team alignment and centralized solution for process tracking and monitoring.

It saves time and allow me to have a full view of all activities, grouped bu status. All activities, documents and history are listed in just one place.

There shouldn't be only tasks but also other kind of inputs like for example contacts or backlogs.

We are all on the same page for all activities we need to work on. We track time. Team member do not have to wait anymore my feedback as I can confirm activities from my laptop or mobile even when I'm not in the office.

What is most helpful for us are the templates, the customization of Clickup and the multiple views.

To talk with a chatbot, sometimes you enter in a bucle and you don't have the help you need.
