What do I like best about ClickUp? Everything. No, seriously. I love having projects well-defined, easy to follow, easy to update, and easy for the Executive Team to see on the Dashboard. I love the consistency, visibility, and unity across departments. I love being about to chat right on the task, so the thread doesn't get lost in a bigger conversation. I've tried so many different tools that didn't quite meet the mark. You couldn't get a big-picture view. You couldn't have goals. You couldn't have subtasks. You couldn't make a task repeatable. With ClickUp, you can. ClickUp makes life easier and allows us to focus on the big things - our mission, vision, and goals.
The only thing I dislike is waiting for ClickUp 3.0 to come out. I would have liked it yesterday!
ClickUp makes OKRs better. Being able to connect specific tasks to goals as well as measurable results allows everyone to see and understand how the things they are working on supports the Objectives and Key Results. Event Planning has become more structured and intentional. We think through the options earlier on and make good choices - so we don't end up with last minute requests and asks on the various teams.
This is the one tool to rule them all. I really like the way you can taylor the platform to your needs - it makes it so powerful!

Using the previous version, I wished ClickUp was a bit faster. But it's completely fixed in the latest version, so I'm happy now.

I can easily track all the tasks from the project and customize them since each project's needs are different. And it's pretty intuitive. Documents in ClickUp are also something that deserves honorable mentions :D
Well, I am not sure if I am experienced enough to use it, but the Gantt chart is something that needs to be worked on. Besides that, I am not a huge fan of whiteboards. At least not for the current look of it.
For me, it solves a lot of problems. The main one is centralization. Even if you use other platforms like Miro, Google Docs, etc., you can still centralize it in ClickUp.
Clickup has been a complete game changer when it comes to work productivity. It has customizable views and you can build dashboards to easily be able view and analyze projects/tasks.
Sometimes you need to refresh the app to have the current data be displayed. However, this is being fixed in ClickUp 3.0. I am very excited to utilize the new updates!

It saves time and allow me to have a full view of all activities, grouped bu status. All activities, documents and history are listed in just one place.
There shouldn't be only tasks but also other kind of inputs like for example contacts or backlogs.
We are all on the same page for all activities we need to work on. We track time. Team member do not have to wait anymore my feedback as I can confirm activities from my laptop or mobile even when I'm not in the office.
What is most helpful for us are the templates, the customization of Clickup and the multiple views.
To talk with a chatbot, sometimes you enter in a bucle and you don't have the help you need.
