The intutive interface. It comes with a super user-friendly interface, even a novice can get it and the various themes.
Was finding it a little difficult to figure if the survey is public or not, but the support team helped out.

Zoho survey sometimes don't take the glitch or error or complaints at real time it take time to route it to the right person so it's a lengthy process overall They should reduce the time

The ticket system for customer support is a very useful feature. The GUI is easy to understand and operate. Integration of survey responses to CRM tools also enables good ise of data.
Although it offers integration with other CRMs, the integration with 3rd party CRMs is not smooth.
I am managing my customers and providing them support and managing queue. I can validate responses, shuffle questions and generate responses from the submissions.
The interface is very simple, a new joinee can also use it easily.

I was looking for a tool that can implement randomization of questions within pages. Zoho Survey can do this. It is perfect. It is easy to export all the data to SPSS format.
Not really a user-friendly interface. I spent a lot of time getting used to it. Generally, it is not a big problem. Also, it is difficult to move questions within one page and customize embedded reports.
I collected data across student samples with Zoho Survey. I was able to insert questions such as tables, ranges, and ranking. It is a great benefit. Also, Zoho offers free membership for students if you have a student id. Very great approach!

The interface of this is little bit tedious and can be made better I guess. It's also difficult to extract the responses individually. Pricing is also little high.

If you are willing to go the steep route of its learning curve then it is one of the best tools to conduct surveys. It does not require high IT skills on the user side. I also like that I can import the result in excel form.
In matrix drop-down, certain customization is not possible a bit difficult to use. But looking at the pros I am willing to accept these cons. Also, they can add weekly or biweekly plans because most of the surveys that I conducted were over in less than a week.
