The best this about Zoho Surey that I like the most is that it is very easy yo share the servey at diffrent platforms by just one click and get that servey aired in no time.
Zoho survey is easy to air but I personally find it tough to make as it has so many categories to choose from it was hard for me to categorise everything I wanted the survey from.
I loke that Zoho Survey is easy to air at diffrent platforms but What I think makes it more accessible is that it ensures high response rate because it makes it easy to complete the servey on phone.
A free version is available. It is easy to integrate with other software in the Zoho Suite. Has pre-designed templates to select from. It also supports customization and simplifies the process of managing surveys
I think the insights and support need some enhancement. Other than that, it's the real deal.

How easy it is to create complicated logic for surveys, how easy it is to export the data and perform basic analytics even with the free version.
The limit on number of users and visualization possible is limited.

We can distribute the surveys online or offline, I love its compatibility with mobile devices, I personally use the mobile app frequently and I find it great.
I consider that the acquisition price is a little high but in relation to the quality-price ratio it is worth the investment, from my personal experience it is an excellent tool and provides us with everything we need to create surveys, distribute them and analyze their answers.
