My opinion about Zoho is it is a complete software that gives information about an employee to the company, it makes it easy to HR for every day lookout at the office, and it has a feature for daily check-in, which info to HR for employees when they come and when to go this is I think make good this software or website different to other
I can't say I dislike it, but not every company knows about this website. It means not everyone in the corporate world is aware of this, so we need to advertise it more and, yes, make it more useable for this
Zoho people solve problems for the company's HR and give more benefits to the company. They do not need to be available for everyone, and all time it makes it more reliable for the HR

I use Zoho for people management and leave management and I am surprised that how easy to use it is. I can always find useful notices sent by the organization and the birthdays of m colleagues. Also, I can always find all the employees' personal information whenever I need it.
I don't dislike anything about Zoho people.
It helps me on everyday bases because I can always check if any of my team members are on leave and also keep track of my own leaves and also helpful for tracking holidays. it is the best for me because I can keep a record of my office hours like how many hours I have worked so it's beautiful piece of art for me
The best thing I like most about Zoho is its attendance management and leave record feature
There is nothing to dislike but as an improvement, I can say we can have employee hierarchy on the dashboard
It has so many benefits including: leave tracker attendance management check in check out self-service it also has company policy and files cloud
There are couple of good things to say about Zoho People: (1) Firstly, as a Frontend Developer I really loved the UI of Zoho People App and Website. (2) It has a lot of interesting features like Attendance, Time Tracker, Performance Tracker, Project Time Tracker and much more. (3) I loved their Check in and Checkout Feature as in my company I use their App daily to Check in and check out from the office.
As far as I have used Zoho People I haven't found any issues or anything to dislike but the one feature which is missing in their App is Check in and Check out a reminder as I have set alarm in my smart watch to remind me to check in and check out. I will be happy if they add this feature in their app otherwise I am a satisfied user of Zoho People.
It is solving the major issue of employee management. As an employee of OneDigital Entertainment, I use this App on a daily basis for Attendance, Tracking my project, Applying for Leave. It benefits me and my company in a way where we are getting a tons of features for management.

Difficult to use at an early stage but after spending half an hour employee becomes friendly with it.
The screenshot is taken every 10 minutes and this gives a clear picture that where employee time is spent during billable hours.
All my documents are placed at one place and are accessible to me whenever I want from where ever I want. My daily attendance, all new joinees their bdays everything is visible on Dashboard.
There is nothing that has come up to my use, which i would dislike, in my organization it is used to keep data of all employees, to post goals, announcements by HR, Policies etc. and it is serving its purpose completely.
Maintaing all data, files becomes hectic, so it is solving this major problem. Accessbility is cloud based, which is very needful at these times, so it is also one more positive thing.
Sign in with photograph is the best feature of Zoho People, being the director of the company I was in desperate need of affordable software that can capture location, time and photo of our work from home employe.
It should have an integrated incentive system as well. My HR just told me that it has payroll system and we will be using this from this month onwards but don't have anything regarding incentives.
Biggest advantage is location capturing while sign in and then payroll. Best part is travel sheet updation. I mean actually I am in love with this software being a start up company.
