It is very easy to install and use. It is a very economical solution.
I feel the security level is very less. It seems a bit slow.
I could manage important client PCs of different locations easily.
Zoho Assist has a lot to commend it, not least of which is its low price point. There is a generous free version available (for those still looking for refuge after LogMeIn abandoned its free product) and the pricing on for those with greater needs beats out TeamViewer and LogMeIn. That said, those remote applications have a finesse that Zoho Assist is still working to accomplish.
- They recently changed the way they display the unattended workstations in a most unhelpful way. Now one is overwhelmed by a gigantic list of workstations rather than the nicely categorized organization before. These categories are still available, but the default is just a massive list. - Some functionality doesn't work on Mac, only on Windows.
- Remotely managing systems. - Providing end user support remotely.
I have had an easy time getting my clients connected.
Would like to see multiple monitors at the same time. Do not like how file transfer is handled, nor copy and paste.
Technical support for my customers.
Easy to setup. Lot of tools and functions. Very good integration with Zoho Desk. Mobile support.
Nothing yet. We are testing other products and this one is the best.
Remote support for users and unattend access for special devices. Schedule remote sessions is very important for us.
ease of use for deploying on multiple operating systems and distributing to clients
windows settings restrictions when not in unattended mode
Remote support
I like the ease of use and speed of deployment best.
I wish that remote support worked more quickly once the connection is made to the remote computer. I would like more options for fine-tuning display properties, for example.
With Zoho Assist remote I'm able to offer a basic remote-support solution to my clients that doesn't break the bank - mine or theirs. I like being able to embed a link in my website or email a link to customers for ad-hoc sessions.
Mac and Windows support as well as mobile. The customer portal and easy re branding, easy to link to support for clients
No MAC application have to use a web browser, and lack of unattended computer access from Mobil app. Would like to see a better way to install unattended access software
Connecting to remote customers for support needs. With this being a web based software I no longer have to switch to a Windows computer to use the software and the connection speed is much improved.
Price, ease of adding unattended computers.
Slow logging in, mobile app is mediocre.
I manage a handful of small business' IT needs. They are in a couple different towns, so it is nice to have remote access.
Team oriented, you can manage unattended access from web interface and generate access reports.
Can be made easier to use, copy/paste straight from remote machine to local machine is one thing. Also starting share screen session is annoying.
Great for accessing customers for software support.
As IT guys we like the fact that we can access stations unattended if the user is away. We also like the ability to provide assistance to people outside out network.
I have noticed that when I remote into my own station from home, and then try to establish another remote session from the target machine that it does not allow this capability where as LogMeIn does.
Remote trouble shooting of both users and server maintenance.
The low cost of this application works well for me because I do not believe that I have to spend a lot of money for something that I can use that will give tons of benefits. Zoho Assist is an example of that. For a limited price, it allows me to use it in different OS since it supports all operating systems. I like the fact it uses increased speed and refresh rate so it helps me resolve different IT issues faster.
I do not like the fact that it does not work on my gadgets sometimes. I have to rely on the desktop app but it is not too reliable. It keeps on closing down and restarting. This wastes a lot of my time. I have tried contacting their customer service support about this problem but I did not get any response from them.
I love the fact that even if I am far away from my team, we are able to relay information with each other like as if we are meeting with each other face to face. This makes it easier to figure out if there are some things that need to be addressed immediately.
Zoho One offers a wide range of features and capabilities for businesses, putting everything in one place. The integration between various tools is superb, allowing for easy access and usage of all features without switching between different programs. The well-integrated and easy-to-use applications allow teams to coordinate effectively and deliver better results.
While Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of software tools, poor customer service, complex setup, high cost for additional team members, and lack of unique features compared to cheaper or free storage services are potential downsides to consider.
Zoho One is solving several problems for businesses by providing a comprehensive suite of software tools that can help manage various aspects of their operations. The integration between various tools is superb, making it easy to access and use all of the features needed without having to switch between different programs. This saves a huge amount of time and money, allowing businesses to focus on growing instead of juggling multiple applications. Additionally, the well-integrated and easy-to-use applications from all platforms allow teams to coordinate effectively and deliver better results. This is especially helpful for remote or distributed teams, as everyone can stay on the same page and collaborate seamlessly.
The pricing tier is fair and even better when purchased with other Zoho suite of products. Ease of getting started without too much explanation to the remoting staff.
The connection speed is highly variable (mostly on the slower side) and everything has to go through the server even if you are remoting into another PC on the same network. The multi-screen approach is a pain to use and almost non-existent.
Mostly used to access PC while working from home or troubleshooting issues remotely. Also, remoting into multiple servers with physically having to go there to install patches and work on projects.
It's my company branding i'm looking for
I thought when buying the wight label option my customers wouldn't see any Zoho stuff
computer and phone systems
I love the idea of an all-in-one tool, and I don't think anyone can claim that this isn't a great value. The CRM is the highlight of the suite, and it's loaded with customizable features. I can run my business using ZOHO One with more than 40 applications.
In short, the application is very buggy, and apps often don't load, and I have to refresh the page or log out and back in (this happens on multiple browsers on different devices). I had hoped to migrate from Quickbooks to ZOHO books, but given my current experience, I'm not confident that ZOHO One is the right tool for my business.
I'm using ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Project management and a few other tools to operate my marketing consulting business.
It's price. The multiple monitor support.
It's not that ease to use. At first, I did'nt knew where to go or wich tool to dowload to allow my peer to connect to my computer. The same happened to my coworker in order to download the required software to connect to my computer. At least in the default configuration, there was no visible window, label or something in my screen that indicated me that my peer was still connected to my computer. We think it's vital for our customers to easily see if one of our technicians is connected to their computers at any time. I got in touch with a Zoho representative with this issues and got no response.
We are a small ISV, we need a tool to give remote support to our users.
I was an early adopter. I have a grandfathered rate that is very favorable. Zoho has been light on the resources of the end user devices. It has been very dependably available. It has less functionality on Macintosh computers but I am pleased to be able to be able to remotely assist Mac users from the same platform with PC users. It is very helpful that it has an option to remotely view the screens of IOS and Android users too. I like that Zoho has continued to add more features such as remote audio and printing. After reading my dislikes you might think that I dislike Zoho Assist. This is not the case. Overall, I must say that I have been pleased with Zoho Assist and plan on keeping it for many years to come.
I have 4 monitors and I dislike that I am unable to move the remote session screen to the monitor of my choosing. When I have multiple remote sessions operating simultaneously, I dislike that the machine name is not visible on each screen session - so I can locate it quickly. I dislike the way the "Choose Monitor" function has to be re-opened in a separate pop up each time I need to jump between monitors. A dropdown showing pictures of all remote monitors simultaneously would be much easier. I believe their Customer Support hours are too short. I feel that Zoho Assist Support should be available 24/7/365 since the service is frequently in use by IT techs during off business hours.
Of course, in our current era, most IT support is accomplished remotely. This is an imperative tool for my IT operations.
My personal favorite feature is the Unattended Access. The ability to remotely control any of my client's workstations without the need for them to do anything is fantastic.
I wish there was a "monitor" feature, something that would allow us to be notified if a workstation goes offline for a specified period of time.
I have several clients that have users who need quite a bit of help, and the remote unattended access feature allows us to help those users without needing to go onsite, or walk them through other types of remote connection.
It works very well and makes it incredibly to use unattended access. The product has all of the functionality of much more expensive products and is extremely easy to use. I am pleased that it is complemented with other Zoho resources to be an assistant between computers and devices with a direct connection and stable. The unattended assist the ability to transfer files and remote print are big advantages.
There isn't anything that we have found to this point that we dislike about the tool.
We are solving the ability to scale across the number of techs we have since grown. Zoho makes it easy to remotely install software and updates, and run various diagnostic tests. It allows most issues to be resolved off-site saving on travel and technician time.
Remote Access: Zoho Assist allows technicians to access and control remote computers and devices, enabling them to troubleshoot issues or provide assistance without being physically present. File Transfer: Users can transfer files between their local device and the remote computer, making it easier to share important files during remote support sessions. Multi-Monitor Support: Zoho Assist supports multi-monitor setups, which is useful when assisting users who have multiple displays. Unattended Access: It allows technicians to connect to remote computers even when the user is not present, making it suitable for tasks that require ongoing maintenance or support.
Performance Issues: In some cases, users have reported performance issues such as lag or slow response times during remote sessions, which can hinder the troubleshooting process. User Interface: While Zoho Assist aims to provide a user-friendly interface, some users might find the interface design or navigation less intuitive compared to other remote support tools. Pricing: The cost of using Zoho Assist could be a concern for some users, especially for businesses or individuals looking for cost-effective solutions. Different pricing tiers might have varying feature sets, and it's important to evaluate whether the offered features align with your needs.
Zoho Assist's remote capabilities eliminate the need for support staff to travel to physical locations for technical assistance. This saves travel time and costs associated with on-site visits
