Zapier allows a small business owner to operate on a large scale. The sheer amount of connection available makes it rare that you can't find a "ZAP" that works for you. For real estate when time is of the essence, I like knowing my clients and collegues get a response in a timely manner even when I'm unavaialble. My data being sent to multiple platforms saves me a great deal of time and expense that would normally require staff. Once you set up a good set of automations, your time can be better put to use on more complex office processes. Currently, we use Zapier with Grist Spreadsheets via webhook to update our dashboards, agent profiles, and CRM. Zapier has an email parser that allows incoming emails from our Tripetto Forms to be scanned, parsed and added to our database automatcally.

Currently, I don't have any dislikes. The price is comprable for what you get. Free tier is generous. And I find the offerings to be abundant.

Zapier allows one person to act like a full administrative team. If you really take the time to thoughtfully create your zaps and workflows you can get a lot of productivty handled with minimal effort. I no longer have to deal with writing documents with automatic merges. setting up your triggers gives you a way to respond to clients and teammate instantly. This includes texting as well as email. Previously, Zapier was used to update our Wordpress website by keeping the real estate data on the homepages dynamic.

It allows us to integrate several external platforms to successfully automate diverse workflows. Very ease to use, no need to have a very strong programming background.

The trial only allows 100 records per month, so if you need at least 101 you need to invest a little bit of additional money.

I absolutely love this service! It is amazing. You can pretty much program any flows you want to accomplish a task. For example I connect it to my shopify acocunt and when a customer purchases it I can have it automatically do all the fulfillment on it's own. I also have the ability for it to provide licenses to my customers automatically and sign them up for things. It has discord integration as well! There is SOOOOOOOO many uses for this. It is one, or the best, service I have ever seen! Their customer support is also amazing. They will help you get setup so easily.

It can be a little wonky and slow but you get used to it. Also, it is a little expensive but not terrible.

What I love about Zapier are its simplicity to use, a wide range of apps to use and integrate, and bountiful helpful docs and community you can count on. Their support is superb, the last time I emailed them they were very responsive to my bug inquiry.

There's not much I dislike about Zapier, it has all of what I need actually. The built-in tools such as formatting, coding, filtering, and delay. For paths, I think they only have a limit of 10 paths that you can use. Although you can message them to increase you might need to provide some context and sample of your automation, that's what I learned from them. I was using Path for my client's automation and luckily our usage of paths is not yet limited.

Mostly tedious tasks from my clients, finding a way to connect two apps using custom coding and API's to achieve a more custom flow from their business flow.

Instructions for beginners are not clear, you need to play around with the site a bit to set up everything properly
