It's easy to upload videos and then use them on different platforms. I like how you can organize your videos by channel.

It has very basic features. You can't edit your videos very much, so it's not very good for that.

We use Wistia to create channels and host our videos. It's a good place to store them and see basic analytics about how they've performed.

It's not as ubiquitous as Youtube so certain services won't accept a Wistia video link.

I like. the quality of the hosting and ease of sharing/embedding. I also like that I can edit the video in the platform with a vast, but easy-to-use set of tools that require little onboarding.

The archive feature still has some kinks to work out - when I search for assets, that indicator does not populate, which would be very helpful for record purposes.

Wistia allows us to host and share videos in a way that doesn't require multiple platforms. It also allows multiple teams to contribute and manage assets in a way that doesn't interfere or slow down processes.

Really intuitive tool that allows you to host your video content in an easy format. Love the embed features and analytics. The embed feature allows us easily plug in our videos to our homepage while the analytics allow us easily see how videos are performing alongside where the drop off etc. is. I love the accessibility checklist - we've also ordered the human-generated captions a few times and they always come back quicker than expected and perfect

Nothing too much to be honest! I think it's a great tool that does what it says it will!

I love the ease of storing and embedding video content on other platforms. In-app analytics and editing (trimming mainly) are very good!

There is much I dislike about wistia. I trust that my content is secure and available when stored in Wistia.

It was very easy to upload my recorded videos and create a project. I also really like easy it is to find other content from my team. Having this clear organization has made it very easy to find a video, pull it, extract the info I need for content and keep moving.

I could not figure out how to have my video autoplay after embedding it. I read over the help center but it just was not clear...but that very well could be my own user error.

We are currently in the process of establishing more self-serve user content, and having a place to collaborate on videos is helpful! In the past few weeks, I have been able to quickly pull the links to my videos and send them to other team members for them to use in their projects. This has enabled our whole team to move a lot faster!

We use Wistia to house our HUNDREDS of online educational videos, along with marketing and social. It's easy to use, quick to upload and the customer service is top-notch. They also had fantastic articles to keep you updated on new features

Honestly there isn't too much that I would change for Wistia. Maybe the cost for the amount of views or streams- it's a bit costly.

We are able to stream so many videos with ease. It's a large part of the workings of our company and Wistia has held our hand through it all.

I love how fast and easy it is to use! Integration with Hubspot is a big win for us!

Very very easy to use. Very nice branding options for when you share a video with a prospect or client and don't want it to appear on a site, but just in a personal window for them. Nice measurement capabilities.

Still isn't always super clear when to use Wistia vs. YouTube, but the platform itself is amazing.

Tons of options for customization, sharing (including social media sharing), and integration. Very easy to embed videos on our sites or in Salesforce Pardot emails. Detailed reporting on views and engagements. Very stable platform -- never needed support. A strong value that keeps getting better over time.

I honestly can't think of any issues or shortcomings.

Some of the UI is a bit confusing - copying vs. moving files and the use of the video channel vs. the projects

The cost is a bit high. Unlike YouTube, people can't stumble upon our videos. More control of a "channel" in Wistia would be beneficial.

We use Wistia with a Marketo integration. It's great to be able to have our leads funnel through like that. We're realizing more about SEO.

Occasionally, getting the hang of processes can be a little tricky for new team members. There can be a bit of a learning curve, but I would hardly consider this a significant challenge or
