It's so easy to use, and every aspect is just lovely to look at. One of the few times I'd say I actually enjoy using software for work.
The price is high. Not unjustified, but the math might not always work for everyone.
Collecting regular feedback from employees and (most importantly) increasing the number of responses.
I love the simple format of the surveys - they are clean and simple for users taking our survey and easy to share or embed. The logic feature is great for taking users to different questions, depending on their answers to previous questions (sort of a choose-your-own-adventure experience). Including photos, videos, and links are all easy to do, and there isn't a question type that we've needed that isn't offered in the Pro version. Love the professional look and feel of it!
The new update now puts the text in Edit mode in a typewriter-like font that is harder to read. The new edit format is much less intuitive, in my opinion, and takes me longer to use than the old version. One benefit of the update is that there is now a preview panel where you can see what your survey looks like as you edit, and you can test your dynamic fields/logic as you go.
We survey users in our market to learn their needs, goals, and to gauge interest in our product offerings. It's helped us connect with people who otherwise are unresponsive because the format of the surveys is simple to take.
Typeform allows us to standardize a workflow for a whole team, making sure that we get consistent responses for our deliverables.
Connecting the logic for various options can be tricky; there is a learning curve.
We use Typeform for simple workflows to enable our team to select responses using buttons, saving time and also standardizing our responses among team members. It's very helpful to streamline workflows and ensure consistency!
Typeform is easy to use and the design/customization is slick. It feels elegant and lightweight but remains powerful with logic. Typeform works great on all devices and feels very premium
They have a few quirks and limitations, for example multiple choice options must be limited to 25 options... but if you have a question about US States, there is no other logical option. They need to either create more question types or remove limitations.
Anything for surveying customers to creating more of a "form" that fufills a business need. By connecting with Zapier, we are able to integrate answers into a variety of other platforms.
The experience for an end user is smooth and mobile friendly. The site feels friendly. I like the way you can group surveys into "workspaces" to keep everything organized.
The interface for creating a survey moves very slowly. It feels well designed, but load times can be frustrating, especially if you click the wrong button. The settings I need (like setting up notifications) always seem to be buried a few clicks away.
We're using Typeform for user and client feedback. We like the built-in reporting tools that make generating intelligence from our surveys easy.
Typeform is an excellent, user-friendly app which makes beautiful surveys. There are lots of options, but the UI is organized in an easy-to-follow way.
Not much -- Typeform provides quite a few features for free subscription users.
My company is a SaaS tool for the staffing industry, so it is vital for me to conduct in-depth user studies, sometimes through online surveys.
Type form is highly customizable to design and even easier to complete. Using keys as shortcuts to complete questions makes the survey taking process quick and painless.
The design can look so simple I don't know if I would use it externally--aka it could look a little more professional--but I enjoy it for internal data capture.
TypeForm surveys can be completed quickly when we need quick answers on how to optimize internal communications and quick feedback after meetings.
The platform is really easy to use. The first time I went on it, I figured everything out very easily.
It's kind of annoying that some of the best features are only available if you're willing to pay A LOT more money.
I needed a nice way to do surveys for a business that didn't look boring or hard to use.
Beautiful forms that work on all devices.
Pricing scheme leaves no leeway if I want to use one or two pro features
Helps me send surveys that get high response rates.
As a user of the platform, I like that the platform is pretty easy to learn in order to create forms for my job. Setting up my survey questions and its answers are straightforward. As a user filling out the surveys, the UI is simple with minimal distractions since questions are asked one by one instead of a full form. It allows me to focus on the question at hand.
At this moment, I don't see anything that jumps out at me. I've only used it a number of times. Not enough to really see if there's a problem that I keep encountering.
As a product designer, I need to be able to create forms quickly and my surveys tend to not be all that complicated to begin with. So, I know user retention is very important and in the case of asking participants to fill out a survey, it's hard enough as it is when time is money. So, Typeform helps me by constructing the UX of the survey to be "questions are asked one at a time". That way, participants are able to be guided through answering the survey from start to finish instead of leaving a set of survey questions for them to answer and risk them being distracted or demotivated from answering.
Great to collect answers for surveys and inbound sales information from customers so we can follow up with much more ease, Moreover Typeform offers different data structures for integration of the smart path approach which can be used to store data and visualize that in an excel file.
Currently needs a better plan which could be competitive in terms of pricing, moreover, customization needs to increase for forms in terms of colors and visualization branding.
We use Typeform for inbound sales for our Business Representative to book a demo and gather data in a more systematic order which makes things more streamlined and increase productivity, Moreover, the team collaboration features make KPIs better analysis for all our team.
User interface is really simple and accessible. I like that creating new questions and deciding between which type is super easy. It's definitely better than like a google surveys
There are a lot of limitations. For example, you can't lock in orders of multiple choice options - sometimes I'll want to have a choice locked at the bottom that's not "other," but you can't do that. This is just one of many limitations I've noticed. If more functionality is what you desire, then qualtrics is probably your best bet.
Creating surveys and easily collecting the survey results in data (excel) format. I do surveys a lot for my job, so this streamlines the process and makes it easy.
The most helpful element of Typeform is the ease of integrating any forms with different software. If someone fills in a feedback form from us, I can have all/a selection of questions automatically sent to my email, to my private Slack, or to a group Slack. It's easy to setup and use.
All the details you enter to set up feedback automation aren't visible, so once it's set up, if I were to revisit that automation, it wouldn't be clear for instance which Slack channel it's going to. It's also in a completely different place to change automations that are sent to email vs those sent to other integrated products.
Allowing my colleagues to all have access to create/amend/share feedback forms on a range of topics, and to choose automations involving the person filling the form or people responsible for tracking it.
Easy to use and intuitive, can connect with other apps/tools (Airtable, Slack)
Can't customise it (fonts, design, etc) unless you create a theme
Survey tool to send questionnaires to gather feedback
Ease of use and implementation, integrations
No option to add tracking pixel upon completion for media campaigns with leads/contact objective
Contact forms on our website become Leads on salesforce
Typeform makes it easy to set up surveys fast with its straightforward user experience and interface.
It would be nice to update the way you set up custom logic. The ability to design a better-looking layout would also be helpful. Even though they make it easy at times, Surveys can look dated.
The benefit of Typeform is that you can get a survey going fast to capture user feedback about products and much more.
The way the product looks and feels in the hands of users. When a guest receives a Typeform link, the UI/UX is so much better than a traditional survey.
There are two drawbacks: 1. The new pricing model is heavily built on the number of responses you receive per month. Our business is not about the quantity of responses, rather the quality of them. To get that quality, you need a great interface, no Typeform branding, and other features that are not in a more expensive tier than when I joined. 2. Their are serious limitations on the accessibility front. For some of our clients that require compliance in this area, the product is a non-starter.
We use Typeform both internally and externally. Internally, we use it to track key variables on our products. Externally, we use it for lead registration at events and new clients.
Intuitive and simple to use to build questionnaires with enough flexibility to customize based on need. Nice design as well.
Haven't found anything missing or too frustrating yet.
Streamlined way to get client feedback and also more information from business leads and new clients before project kickoff.
We've started using Typeform on 2019. It's like a game changer. Now, Typeform is the tool, which we use for onboarding our new users. And also we use it to collect Payments and feedback from Customers. They have a cool pre built templates, so we can create new forms within few clicks. But, it's only for enterprises, because of their pricing.
Their pricing is so high. And also we can't build forms on mobile. It's not responsive. We can add new fields and edit, but we can't choose some options on mobile. They need to Optimize their site for mobile too.
We always want to give our customers the best experience with Onboarding! Previously, we've used few tools, but Typeform gives us the professional look. And also we can able to integrate with our websites easily. And we use Intercom, they have the app to integrate with Intercom. It's great and works fine
User Experience - simple, nice font. Also the survey results are easy to read.
Wish it offered some templates so it was easier to come up with my surveys.
Getting feedback from employees. Offers anonymous survey results so people can provide feedback without feeling like they need to hold back.
