The quickness of how I can see what customers say when typing to me live. It has helped me close sales on the PLANE even where otherwise I would not be able to do so.
The only downside of using tidio might be the sound effects. They can sometimes be annoying after a while, but this is me being very knit picky. Nothing else wrong.
It is solving my problems that customers might encounter. Instead of them having to exchange back and forth emails, we are able to come to resolutions and answer their questions on the spot.
