1. It really helps generate more leads - you a noticed that already in first days of using. 2. Flexibility - the numbers of features and ways to use them are endless. Still I don't get confused, it's easy to use. 3. Support - they fucking listen and react fast! Unbeatable.
Some minor UX issues. Some minor UX issues.
1. I get more information about leads gathered for Hubspot campaigns - easier and faster persona building. 2. I can segment users at the beginning of their purchasing process. 3. Sales reps get more useful data to open up the conversation. 4. Valuable feedback for contant marketing.
First of all, I love how customizable the platform is. I'm able to choose my firm's branding, colors, and options for the "submit" button. Lots of options for question formatting and analytics. The Hubspot and SalesForce integrations are great and flow really nicely with both. Also, the customer support team is the best I've seen with a questionnaire tool. They are always so helpful and willing to take any feature requests. Working in software myself, sometimes the best ideas come from your customers!
I wish there was a way to connect my Hubspot survey link to a CTA button instead of a workaround - although that is fairly small. In marketing, Hubspot is EVERYTHING so this would be a nice fix! Also, I'm told that there will soon be a PDF export function that will be super helpful instead of just an excel/CSV export function. Can't wait for that! The biggest thing I'd like to see is a minimum character count in text box answers - we all love complete sentences in surveys!
We instituted Survicate to collect more customer data during the customer journey - at the beginning of onboarding, at six months, at the time of renewal, as well as a way to collect written testimonials. So far, it's been very easy to send out and collect the data and pull quotes! Sometimes, people just dont want to hop on another Zoom or phone call so it's been nice to just shoot an email and have a written option to still have their voice heard. Our sales teams and implementation teams are able to view the results so they are looped in on challenges and successes as well - so it's been a full company insight tool!
- Survey creation tool; easy to use, great logic system, ability to apply custom CSS branding. - in-web pop-up; has a myriad of tools out of the box to segment and target audience. - Data results page; clear and easy to navigate, the ability to save graphs as pngs/pdfs is great. - survey meta-data; we have baked in several custom dynamic tags to our surveys and it has worked flawlessly.
Very minimal gripes, mainly with their API functionality. While they do support other platforms accessing the data through an API key... it is currently not possible to sort the order in which the data comes through the pipeline. As I said, very minimal gripe which could be resolved fairly easily. I have been told a fix is currently in the pipeline.
We use Survicate to identify pain points in our customer journey flows. Through monitoring our NPS and CES surveys which are run through Survicate we have been able to see a more complete view of said journey.
I like the diversity of survey forms and ease of use. We use Survicate not only to get feedback from our customers but we also use it to improve internal processes and get ideas from the team. Also, guys charge for the number of users who have taken the survey, unlike others who charge for the number of sent surveys.
It is not that I dislike it, the design is a bit plain. However, everything else is great!
We use Survicate to gather feedback from customers and the internal team, to measure NPS.
I enjoy how I can quickly create NPS surveys to attach to Intercom outbound messages and automatically tag users based on results. I also enjoy the skip logic and custom end page that comes with the Professional plan. Free users is also very useful for keeping costs set.
Visual data analysis is limited with the NPS survey to a donut graph and word map. Further analysis by export would be required, but having the ability to create more visual reports right in the software would be an additional value add.
Survicate allows us to run NPS surveys through Intercom outbound messages, making it easy for our customers to respond and therefore increasing response rates.
Integration with Intercom is brilliant. Better than native surveys in Intercom.
Limiting options in question types. E.g. imposssible to use 0 on a scale for any question type beyond NPS?
Getting insights from our customers nicely integrated with Intercom.
Simple and convenient functionality. Easy to use, good price plans. I like the fact that it has SDK for supports mobile applications.
I would like to see more metrics in the Analytics tab.
Survicate allows me to better understand mobile app users, their behavior, expectations and frustrations.
Survicate has transformed the way we get customer insight. The ability to target customers with specific surveys depending on where they are in our customer journey has meant that we can validate our product changes easier and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Not a great deal. The only small frustration is that on our plan, we cant target by specific customers based on attribute cookies etc. This would be very useful.
Getting continuous customer insight and validating our product changes with our customers.
Great support that is available round the clock, cool graphs,
Character limit (for ex: I want to be able to write: Sehr unwahrscheinlich and Sehr wahrscheinlich for the answers of NPS question (for very likely and not likely) but I cannot due to 20 character limit :(
measuring ustomer satisfaction
The Intercom integration is very handy and simple to set up.
Buying multiple workspaces for different intercom workspaces.
Getting more in touch with our user's opinions and gaining insights en masse.
Survicate has been for us una excellent option giving a light tool that can be integrated with others platforms on our company technology ecosystem. The cost is good y we like much their customer service.
Sometimes there are inflexible options, especially for incorporating embedded database data into surveys, as well as connecting business-related information
Through training sessions we have managed to solve many concerns and difficulties that we have had in the implementation process. We had have a good customer service.
Simple, easy to use, and has a cool dashboard. The integration with intercom helps a lot
Maybe it could have some design upgrades.
Now I have a whole NPS structure that I didn't have before
The interface is really easy to use and the end user experience is really nice. I like how users are moved automatically to the next question in the survey and the design is very clear. Using the website surveys is also really easy and a seamless experience for customers. Integration with Intercom means we can place surveys easily in messages and get responses quickly and easily.
Some times it's difficult to know who you're targeting on a web survey but hasn't stopped us from doing it.
Easily gathering customer feedback and reporting back on it. Integrating survey data with our other systems.
Excellent and very fast support, easy to use
Email reports might need some improvement
CRM enrichment
Number of options, nice design, fast support
Not too much that I can think of right now
Surveying potential customers and market research
Design and variety of options available. Prompt feedback.
Nothing really comes to my mind, the app is solid.
Creating surveys for potential clients/ market research.
Ease of integration, fits our requirements in a Survey tool.
More design customisation would be a nice-to-have.
Easily reaching out to our mobile userbase with in-app surveys.
We use survicate to get product feedback from users directly in app and I love that I can use survicate with Intercom to get feedback from customers. The price is also pretty reasonable.
I don't really have any issue with Survicate - only dislike would be I had mixed experiences with customer service but overall good experience
Getting client feedback straight from the horse's mouth
That you work directly with Intercom. It makes targeting the right customers a breeze
The lack of support due to different time zones. They are very responsive when online but the time zone different will be an issue unless they get local support.
Haven't done many review as we are still learning the system. More live webinars would be great.
