Our company decided to expand its sales system, from a physical store to an e-commerce. And the platform that accomplish our requirements was Shopify. What we like the most about it is that it has great resources to manage our content. It also provides us security, so we consider it the best sale channel.

Although it is an excellent platform, comparing the prices of its services with other platforms, Shopify is a little bit expensive. We do not like that.

Shopify counts with a variety of resources in order to have the best administration of the website, it gives us the opportunities to expand the levels of our sales, giving the clients a better and faster system of payment. This has been a great solution for us.

To manage our online business with Shopify has allowed to increase our sales, it means that it is very effective. Something that we like about this platform is to make promotions and have reports of the stocktaking. Also, it is always updating itself to provide comfort to the clients when they buy.

Even though we have a good plan with Shopify, we consider that some of the additional services that the platform provides are very expensive and we don't like it.

Since we use Shopify the work has been simplified and we have saved some time. This software has given us solutions when it manages the contents, because it allows us to edit or eliminate some of them very easy.

I would not doubt to recommend this platform, because it has managed the products of the company, where I belong, very effectively. It is the only platforms that provides security, good technical support, and opportunities to sell. That is why, the company has had greater impulse.

The negative detail about Shopify is that commissions are very high. I think they should offer a discount If sales exceed a certain weekly or monthly number.

This tool has solved many inconveniences thanks to the way it manages the contents, stocktaking, and reports that allows me to know the status of the business.

I like to use Shopify, because it helped me a lot to create a website. This platform offers me any kind of plugins in its applications store which I can use in any way and adapt them in the way I like. It is a wonderful tool to be used!

I like that Shopify offers me many useful things that helps me to produce fruits in my investments in few time. For example: I like it counts with experts in configuration that I can hire to show my products in 3D, in that form I can make more attractive my online store. I like that it has a complete CMS to manage my content and images, etc. It´s amazing!

Even it is a complete platform I don´t like I can´t watch what does my clients have in their shopping cart. Something that it is possible with other platforms.

One problem is that the only payment gateway that is integrated into the page is Shopify payments, the other payment gateways must be redirected to another tab to complete the purchase, and this could reduce the conversion rate, I would like a lot that in a future will improve in that aspect
