I love SEMrush as a SEO tool. A good database of keywords, a good database of links and a lot of information in general.

I love all the features that the tool has

It is a tool that I use in my daily life and helps me both when studying competence and when doing keyword studies, routine checks, etc

SEMRush gives me such a complete overview of a website, it's traffic sources, competitors etc, that by the time I've looked at all the information about a site, it almost feels like I work there. I personally use the organic research section, global & local rank tracking, traffic analytics, keyword magic tool on a daily basis and I would be blind without it.

No Google Sheets export, Google Data Studio connector only for business accounts, making it impossible for smaller business to make use of this important feature.

I have been using SemRush for years now and I can't imagine working without it. We use it for KW research, content writing, website audits (helps a lot with on-site optimization), social posting, and all the way to reporting for our Clients. What can I say..if you are serious about running a digital agency, then SemRush is a must!

I wouldn't say I dislike anything. Sometimes it is hard to adapt to the new tools that SemRush is launching so fast. The team is hard at work and it is a good thing new tools or features are coming out. So sometimes it is just hard to keep up with everything. They are just making sure we keep up with the game in the digital world.

For any business wanting to keep an eye on their backlink profile - whether to watch for negative SEO or positive link gains - this is an easy-to-use and understand tool

The UX is clunky and it can be difficult sometimes to intuitively find things but once you do, it's easy!

SEMRush Suite is an excellent tool for both in-market web site owners and new market generators. Position tracking is essential for many SEOs. SEMrush position trackers sometimes stucks and provides wrong data.

I easily track the health of SEO projects; - On-page issues, - Backlink audit, - Content ideas And historical data help me to improve my strategies.

What I love best is that it has so many tools under one platform. Instead of having to have many SEO tools I can just use this one for auditing, onpage analysis, link building, keyword research and much more.

There's nothing I dislike about the tool. The user interface could be improved but that could be said for all tools!

I'm using it for my websites and clients websites to identify ways of driving more relevant traffic the the websites. The clear benefits we have seen is much higher traffic on websites where we use SEMRush. The more time we spend on SEMRush the more traffic we generate.

I am delighted with the Semrush tool, for me one of my essential tools every day to work on my projects and to be able to create valuable content for my audience and with good results. What I like most is its great keyword tool with which I can know which are the best keywords for my blog articles and also allows me to inspect the competition to see which are their best contents and which keywords are positioned. And that gives us a lot of ideas for creating valuable and effective content for a web project.

What I like least is the price of the tool for freelances, if we compare with the competition other tools offer options for freelances much cheaper.

Semrush helps me a lot to improve the SEO of my projects with Backlink Analytics, it is fantastic. With it I can know what authority backlinks I have on my website and it also allows me to know the best backlinks from the competition and that helps a lot to know where to get better links. And then it also allows you to see what low-quality links are linking to our website and thus be able to disavow to help improve the quality of our website's backlinks.

The features. The tools and features that SEMRush offers makes you sometimes wonder how it's possible. The user interface is quite wonderful as well. It's very easy to navigate around and I didn't needed to read any tutorials to understand where each feature is and what purpose they serve.

In short, it's expensive. In my experience, not every company is willing to pay $99/month just for an SEO tool. Hopefully, that's just my experience, since I think SEMRush is very well worth it. But the main downside of me using the tool was convincing some of my past bosses to get the tool for our SEO efforts.

SEMRush takes SEO to the next level and makes the SERP results management much-much better. Competitor analysis tools make it possible to understand exactly how well your brand is performing compared to other competitors. It also helps a lot with paid advertising efforts, since you can check out your competitors' Google Adwords ad copies and see what keywords they have bid on. Oh, and last but not least, keyword research. SEMRush is a great source for keyword ideas.

There's a ton of stuff I do with SEMrush, but the major task is to help me create a content outline and conduct keyword research when writing SEO copy. I use the keyword magic tool to find cluster topics, the topic research function to find topics that I'll cover as a subheading and semantic words in the copy. The SEO content template helps me to create a content brief. Love that they also tell me when a blog post needs video.

Honestly, for the price, it's hard to find fault with SEMrush

The major problem I'm solving is creating a content outline optimized to rank for my clients as well as finding content gaps (via competitive research) that I can exploit for quick wins.

I am usingSEMRush for the last 6 months but I haven't found any things that I not like about SEMRush. Because this is the only tool that fulfills all the requirements in one place.

Social Media Scheduling is very easy with SEMRush Extension(SEMrush Social Media Poster). SEMRush Keyword Magic Toolkit is awesome for your business if you used it properly.

It's something it will be developed! Guys at semrush making tons of features but so far the that really made my life easier is traffic analytics . The module helps you to evaluate a given domain through various channels showing you where the traffic comes from. Social, referral, organic, direct and from what devices. Pretty massive. Also Authority Score has improved a lot as it takes organic traffic into the calculations like no other tools in the industry !

Bugs, do they appear from time to time but are being fixed at the drop of a hat! When doing Bulk Analysis and exporting it via CSV you can't see the AS metric. It's been like that from ages however when I spoke with the product owner they made it real for me and it's working now!

I am finally able to do roughly everything in one box! From keywords research, backlinks audit to full scale competitive analysis, and content marketing / analytics.

Having trustworthy and insightful data to analyse performance, see where there's room for improvement, and also see the evolution in time.

It takes some time to understand all the options (but that's a matter that can be solved of using it more)

At the moment I haven't started using it for a professional way, but it's a great tool to have data based facts and therefore have strong arguments when implementing strategies with clients.

I like that I can get full visibility into a website or a piece of content in just a few clicks. If I'm looking into a website, I can quickly see what keywords they are ranking for, top content, top backlinks, and identify keyword gaps. If I'm creating content, I can quickly check search volume and find related topics. It's also not limited to SEO, with robust SEM features for finding paid keywords, and many other digital marketing tools.

My biggest complaint is they require you to be on the top plan to get API access, which is needed if you want to import your data into another tool, such as Google Data Studio. I wish they would make that same functionality available on lower plans.

One of the biggest problems that we've solved with SEMrush is making the content creation process very quick and painless. Additionally, we've been able to do keyword research right, and efficiently, which lets us get onto executing on the recommendations. If you are doing any sort of marketing or online content creation, you need to have SEMrush. Rather than relying on gut feelings or guesses, you can back those up with data and produce the best content you can.

I like that the tool has so many useful features.

I wish there we more free premium features for the Pro account level.

Some of the navigation in SEMrush is not intuitive.

Keyword research, website audits that help us correct technical SEO problems and a section for ideas for blogs. As a result our website if functioning better in the organic search nationwide and also in local search.

Position tracking gives us the best monitoring of local keywords and how we are tracking against competitors.

The huge jump in costs between levels. It would be great if there were more tiers. The inability to download pages such as Domain Analytics and have the PDF look as great as the page itself does.

Site Audi lets us keep track of all the changes that need to be addressed in one location.

Can I say everything? SEMrush is great for analyzing all aspects of a domain. From keyword rankings to backlink profiles and all the was to competition gap analysis. Not to mention some of the other aspects of SEMrush like topic research and real-time content checks. We are an SEO agency and we run a lot of our product offering off of SEMrush. It cannot be beaten.

Keyword tracking. Keyword tracking is great with SEMrush. SEMrush has also helped us solve our reporting issues. With the connectors to Google Data Studio, we can get real-time keyword data pulled into our reports from SEMrush.

SEMrush gives me a thorough analysis of any site we are looking to optimize. From a comprehensive site audit to an indepth look at incoming and competitive links, this tool does it all. I find the tool extremely easy to use for both the internal team and providing information to clients. The ability to download reports and data to share in Excel or CSV allows a simple integration into other software. We use the site audit as a starting point but then focus on all of the other information being provided by SEMrush. Whether its performance information, internal or external linking, or the competition.

There's very little to dislike about SEMrush. Not only is the tool extremely useful, but client services has helped me on a number of issues requiring additional insight. I'm very happy with everything the tool has to offer. My only recommendation is to include some of the advanced features at no charge or a reduced charge for long time customers like myself. I've been using SEMrush for a number of years.

Search engine optimization that goes beyond on-page improvements. SEMrush is particularly useful for analyzing performance improvement opportunities which are vital to organic success. Through SEMrush I've developed a new understanding of all the factors associated with SEO and so has my team. We are continually learning more about the Google algorithm, site performance, and strategies to improve content. SEMrush has everything covered when it comes to SEO unlike some other tools which only solve part of the organic equation.
