First of all, customer support is out of this world! I've never experienced this before. Secondly, it is the most feature packed SAT i know. The UE & UX ist great! Native integration to our CRM (Close.com) is also a killer feature.

Everything about reply.io is impressive. Especially the GTP-3 integrated while crafting your cold email templates. AI used at the back end is unique, which also shows insights that you would be likely able to receive a response.

Reply.io recently launched a Data extraction segment with the option of selecting Valid Emails only. Although this feature is not publically available, we were among the few folks who had the opportunity to use its BETA version. Unfortunately, the data is pretty old and invalid also for the emails which are supposed to be VALID.

Reply is solving a massive problem. Making sure that your cold email lands in your prospect's email inbox. Reply.io sent emails usually in a batch so that it doesn't look robotic and streamlines the outreach.

It is incredibly intuitive and complete. I don't know of another platform that better solves everything related to digital business.

The TASK tool could be more complete, allowing the use of some type of popup alert

With reply I can measure the performance of all my copies without having to use another tool, thanks to the STATS section

The statistics that Reply shows, its validation method, and all the features have been pretty helpful in getting a successful result out of my campaign. Its been a good experience using Reply so far.

Well, at the start, I found Reply a bit confusing to manage my Mass Email campaigns because of the complicated time scheduling process that this software offers. But then, after a few demo sessions with the Customer Success Manager assigned to my account, I understood how Reply works. From that moment onwards, it has been a great experience using Reply.

Reply has been the all-in-one tool for me to run my sales campaign. I was able to extract prospect emails, validate them and also send emails using multiple sequences running smoothly at the same time. It helped me save both time of running the campaign and the cost that it helped me save by providing all necessary functions in one place.

Having the support of an expert reply insider was invaluable to us.

There are so many options and settings that help to set up the best-ever outreach campaign. Detailed reporting and integrations with different CRMs. ULTRA fast and responsive support. The quality check tool for the email content helps to review and polish email sequences. I like the email finder plugin that works perfectly. The email validation tool is excellent. Time zone scheduling and USA holidays option help to avoid sending emails. Different simultaneous campaigns for other regions and divided by different ideal client profiles.

Many options follow more time to set up the first campaign. It would be better to have initial experience in email outbound automation before starting with the Reply.

Great way to reach decision makers. I like the email finding plugin. Using the Reply I am saving time for my email automation workflow. The email content looks personal and has great personalization.

I like the way the messaging mechanism works, there are several channels. The email parsing function also helps. Also a very cool feature to create messages with AI, which has recently appeared - a great thing, very helpful

It is not always possible to get the addresses from Linkedin, but this is compensated by the ability to send a message directly to Linkedin. Everything else suits me fine

Reply is surprisingly easy to get used to. Once you enter it, you understand almost all of the things intuitively. If any problems arise, there are plenty of helpful articles in Reply's Support Center. Moreover, it's always possible to talk to a person through a bot right in your Reply account. Support usually replies in 4 minutes providing screenshots and valuable pieces of advice that are 100% likely to solve your problem. They also update you and follow up on the issues mentioned. As for the features, I love how Reply helps to write smooth email copies using AI and personalize them with custom fields, so you won't have to spend hours tweaking every email. The platform also saves all the necessary information about email campaigns which you can transform into custom reports and see whether your efforts are successful. It also comes in handy that Reply stores email replies, so they are easily accessible, and there is no need to waste time looking for them in your inbox.

1. I wish there were an option in Reply reports to check the opens and replies rates in percentages to check the growth over time. Now the reports show only the count of replies and opens of the emails. 2. It would be cool if email steps had an autosave. Sometimes the page accidentally reloads, and all the text wipes off if the "Save" button isn't clicked.

Reply lets you handle cold outreach smoothly and save hours of additional work. You can save time by launching an email campaign with separate steps when you have to reach many people. So in case some of them won't reply, the follow-ups are handled automatically. Reply also has an in-house email validation feature. Validating emails reduces the bounce rate so your sender reputation has bonus points. The platform is also used for monitoring statistics and preparing campaign reports. It's an incredible tool for saving hours of outreach work a week!

Reply has a fast process to set up campaigns and provides enough tools to get insights from data. It puts your sales automation on the next level. We increased our capacity five times with Reply. We are getting more warm leads due to campaigns we run through Reply. Great software.

Reply has excellent support, so even if smth is not clear in the software, they are always open to help you. Reply can solve any issue you have with your marketing campaigns!

I really like the user interface and the dashboards to track metrics. The customer service is also very helpful (average response time is 4min)!

Automated texting could use some improvements. The service uses a third party (Twilio) and therefore you cannot track metrics on the dashboard

Reply is the best tool I've used for cold outreach. The platform is intuitive and easy to navigate. I love the LinkedIn integration and the detailed tracking of campaigns. Another great feature on top of this is the browser extension with email search. Lifesaver!

Can't think of any downsides. Whenever we've had a problem, the support team has been very responsive, providing information and support to sort out the issue as quickly as possible.

Using Reply is saving our team a ton of time and effort in following up with our clients. We are able to send campaigns to hundreds and thousands of contacts with minimum effort, ensuring we do it safely, thanks to the warm-up feature.

Reply handles the problem of trying to prospect via email to the max amount of people per day you can email before you get locked out of Gmail for max emails exceeded

The ease of using the platform is a massive benefit. It's intuitive and everything just makes sense. Not only that but unlimited split tests on any email on a sequence and then creating triggers that direct prospects to different email sequences based on their actions is absolutely impressive. Reply.io is easily my favorite piece of software that I use for my business.

The Linkedin plug-in for Chrome (the email-finding tool) needs more work and will actually get you flagged on LinkedIn if you use it.

Flexibility, reliability, ease of use and most importantly: 5 STARS customer service. Whenever I had an issue, the CS team was really helpful and gave me straight to the point solutions. The invoicing lacks of flexibility... When I subscribed after my trial (back in 2021) I was asked to pay yearly not monthly.

It's very easy to operate and even if you hit a few speed bumps along the way, they have great help articles and their support team is usually 5 minutes away during business hours.

I would like to see a separation between client accounts. I run a marketing agency and use reply.io for my client's outreach. Right now, all campaigns and lead lists are viewable from the same place. I would like the option to separate clients more. A minor thing though.

They make it super easy to run complex cold outreach campaigns, where you might have multiple moving parts. They also make it easy to do manual cold outreach, where they create a task list for you... so you can train a new person to take over without having extensive experience in running cold outreach campaigns.
