Regardless of industry, Quickbooks Online is the best go-to accounting software, from my experience. It stays on top of the latest integrations with banks and apps and is easy to use.

Quickbooks support is lacking, but seems to be improving, although not as quickly as I'd like. They will usually steer you in the right direction to fix issues, it might just take a bit longer than you'd expect to get in touch with someone and fix the issue properly.

We can set up any business/client on Quickbooks Online and be confident that it will work very well. Pretty much any bank or app works well with Quickbooks Online.

At the start it was a bit time taking to understand the software.

I like that I can sync all of my financial accounts into one place and use this tool as a driver of my financial data. Since it's cloud based I don't have to worry about buying new software or updating old software. Everything is in one place and I can access it from anywhere.

The only thing I disliked so far in the 3 years I've used it; is the limited support I had available to me initially when setting up one of my financial institutions. It wouldn't sync or allow me to add it. It's since been addressed!

I've been able to visualize all of my finances in one singular place saving me a great deal of time when preparing financial reporting and tracking expense. It has made doing taxes for my small business a breeze compared to the way I processed my expenses prior.

Quickbooks online give accurate data and help for easy decision-making. No backup is needed as all are saved in intuit backup servers. Can Easily organize the expenses and last but not the least Quickbooks online is an affordable accounting software

Quickbooks server may be sometimes down and take more time to get into normal.OTP/verification code is frequently requested by QB which consumes more time.QB customer support needs to be faster in giving replies to the queries

Quickbooks sometimes have trouble connecting with networks, often resulting in lost connection and may become a major issue while we are sending invoices or payments. That has been solved by using Quickbooks Connection Diagnostic Tool and that solves the issue

Reporting & vendor management is too good

Quickbooks online is an amazingly full-featured product with a host of quality addons available. It gives most of the benefit of much larger packages to small businesses.

I wish they had a tool for managing prepaid accounts and related amortization. They also seem to be missing a few reports. One specifically is a comparison to budget that has both the month to date and year to date on one report. I will be looking for a resorting addon. Otherwise I am very impressed.

It imports bank and credit card data plus allows for receipts and invoices to be uploaded with most of the data extracted automatically. This substantially streamlines processes, saves time, and increases accuracy. When I add in rules for the bank feeds, I have effectively automated 80%of the normal bookkeeping data work. It has saved time and allowed me to spend more time reviewing and understanding the information. This makes me a better value add to the organization.

QuickBooks online has a well designed dashboard. Posting of journals is simple and its able to intergrate with our payment solutions. It's reporting is well designed and consists of many accounting reports especially the final accounting reports.

Nothing at the moment. We have not experienced any major issues while using this product.
