I love Quickbooks products! Quickbooks Online makes it easy for me to serve my clients remotely, and I have some great tools that help me deliver quality services to meet clients' needs. New, helpful features are being added all the time.BO

I dislike that QBO makes suggestions in the bank feed. I find this to be confusing to clients and can lead to mistakes. I think it would be best for this feature to be off by default.

I am helping clients manage their cash flow and correcting categorization errors. I am assisting clients to be more productive by taking some of the monotonous tasks off their hands so they can focus on operating their business.

QBO offers an array of impressive features and capabilities while maintaining a clean and easy-to-use user interface. The software is incredibly easy to use and does not have any reliability issues.

Unfortunately my organization needs to move away from QBO to a traditional ERP due to the lacking Inventory management capabilities. Other than that, I have no complaints with QBO.

Our entire accounting functions resides in QuickBooks Online. We have full confidence in our financials in the system and have not experienced any errors. The ease of use has also streamlined our entire accounting process and saved us countless hours.

I have Google Sheets for years often missinf my entries and delaying my tax return. This app tracks all my expenses and mileage associated with running my business and helps me stay up to date.

I have mistakenly linked a savings account and now can't undo that.

I'm keeping up to date with my income and expenses. Tax time will be so much easier this year.

I really love the tax aspect of QB. I can track every expense, categorize, etc. It creates my Schedule C as the year progresses, tracking my mileage as well. I have saved so much time using QB Self Employed online. I use it for invoicing, expense tracking, everything.

I wish I could break up an invoice so that I only have to send one to a client, but they can pay it in separate retainers. The only way to do this right now is to schedule a recurring payment or send multiple invoices.

I am not great with taxes and keeping up with the numbers. QB benefits my business by tracking and keeping everything in order for me. My clients appreciate that they can also keep a "paper trail," and I feel better knowing that all the money in and out is accounted for.

Ease of use to send customers invoices and track sales.

The site can be sometime buggy online and these leads to delays when loading.

The best benefits is that it provides an easy method of accounting.

Ease of use! We can pull reports in a variety of formats quickly. The ability to access our QuickBooks account from desktop and mobile devices has been a major factor in sticking with QuickBooks.

Some limited functionality than the desktop version, but nothing that prevents us from using the software to it's maximum. We work with numerous small businesses and Quickbooks Online is the go to for many of our customers.

Processing payments quickly online through the integrated credit card processing.

The upsides if QB online is that it`s easy to use and fast; with all the keyboard shortcuts, you`ll finish your bank reconciliations in the nick of time!

I haven`t seen any of the downsides to this product. I`m super satisfied.

I get my reports with one single click and you can make personalized reports also.

Being online, it allows you to connect to your bank account so that you can perform reconciliations with just a click. It also allows you to upload documents so that you can keep a separate copy online for easy retrieval. The UI is very user-friendly, that allows even a person without much knowledge on the system to be able to use it without issues.

The only thing that I do not like about Quickbooks Online would be the inflexibility to amend the currency for a vendor that had been created, for example, to change the payment to the vendor from USD to SGD, which requires us to create a separate vendor account. Other than this, it seems that the classifications under e.g. "current liabilities" and "current assets" are different throughout different geographical areas e.g. in Singapore, in Indonesia and in the USA, perhaps it's to cater to the local GAAPs, but it presents a small bump for the importing of the chart of accounts.

I've solved the requirement to set aside computer data space to maintain our own offline software and also the time needed to do reconciliations as well as time on the retrieval of documents and reports. Time is of utmost importance and QBO saved us a number. Having multiple users and also having the ability to include users for "reports only" greatly reduces administrative hassle. Key personnel can access and retrieve reports as and when needed with the relevant filters to that they can obtain the information that they need, when they need it without needing to go through a 3rd party.

Simple, pretty straight-forward for non-accountants to use. Reliable for me, as the accountant, to depend upon for accurate data. The application is user friendly and covers the basics needed by most businesses.

This application, although released year ago, is still experiencing development and release issues. As a QuickBooks ProAdvisor I would like to be kept up-to-date with the planned releases and the future development.

As mentioned above, the application is user friendly and reliable and flexible enough for me to correct client errors so that the client has an up-to-date set of accountign records.

I really like that there are many options for working with journal entries. the process of inputting the information and numbers into the system is very convenient. It also automatically identifies the right name of the credit or debit line which makes it much easier if you are a beginner. The online version is very convenient since you can access it from any device without any problems. I believe that this is the easiest way to get access to QuickBooks.

I don't like that the options are limited in the online version. Online doesn't mean shortened, but it actually is with QuickBooks online. The online version definitely has to be changed and more options have to be included there just like the regular quickbooks

I solve many everyday tasks with this application and the majority of the day I spent on this application as this is the main application we work in as accountants.

The software provides quick and reliable access while giving you the ability to generate reports and information on your accounts at any given time: excellent support structure and easy access to help when you need it.

I can't think of anything that I could identify as a negative for this software. It has virtually allowed me to handle all my financial affairs in one location with historical referencing.

This software has saved me so much money over three years simply because I have handled my accounting issues directly without relying on any expensive business accounting services. All my tax data is accessible online at any time, and any problems I have experienced, I have been able to resolve within the application.

Quickbooks offers a great way to centralize accurate bookkeeping. It is easy to track expenses and incoming income, as well as any taxes, and at the end of the year, monthly or quarterly; you can pull reports on the profitability of your company, as well as share data with your bookkeeper for year-end taxes

There isn't anything I dislike. I have only the basic plan, so in the future, as my business grows, I would like to take advantage of some of the other tools at the next level.

I like everything about quickbooks moreso its flexibilities and its quick accessibility. Since i stated using quickbooks my financial management isn't a problem anymore.

For sure i can not complain since quickbook brought a change to our company. A times the system crushs leading to worries but there is no much concern since it is easily solved

Since i need my company to grow progressively, quick book has solved this problem by ensuring that i can easily access it and generate my reports. Trasparency is the key and for sure quickbook has brought this to my company.

I like that QuickBooks Online is user-friendly, and is easy to learn for someone coming into their first accounting role. I also like that it integrates with your businesses bank accounts and credit cards to automatically create entries that you can go through and categorize.

I wish that there was a way on QuickBooks Online to keep your place on a page when you switch between pages. That is the only thing I can think of that would make the program better!

Easily creating expense entries with their auto downloading of bank accounts and credit card charges, which makes it easy to just go in and categorize without having to enter in every single expense manually.

It's an easy program to set up and keep track of all your accounting, and make sure everything is paid on time.

There is an innitial learning curve, and occassionally you get a rep that isn't as experienced enough to help you resolve a problem your having.

Keeping everything online makes it simply for my accountant and myself to see exactly what is going on with the business.

Integrations with payments + Allowing my accountant and book keeper to login and work on my books.

Not the cheapest. They are not the sharpest when it comes to payroll support.

They are allowing clients to view and pay invoices. Setting up recurring invoices. Saves Time.

Quickbooks Online has been a game-changer and quick, helpful processing tool for payments. You can easily receive credit card payments with just a few clicks of a button!

I can't say I dislike anything about the system. Everything works like I expected it to work! Quickbooks online might make the dashboards a little cleaner and easier to read.

Quickbooks online keeps all my monthly invoices and payment history in one place. I'm more productive because I can quickly see at a glance a report of where we are at month to date in both money in and money out.

Online has some great tutorials and customizable options in reporting and invoicing

Compared to Desktop Enterprise, the Online doesn't have the same level of reporting value. In Online, the customization feels clunky, and sometimes there aren't even totals for the columns, which can create a few extra steps in your workflow.

Invoicing and bookkeeping. The auto invoice reminders and the auto reporting are amazing features and the team loves those.

Ease of use and readily available customer support

We do not dislike anything now. But before we did a short course on it we were confused.

It helps us bring in all expenses directly from the bank, and keeping our books clean is much easier while using this program. We can just scan the receipts, and they automatically get matched with the expenses. We can track all invoices, bills, and project progress in financial category.

The application offers good expense management, client invoicing, time tracking, and the ability to record customer payments. You can also create a flat rate or hourly project in QuickBooks online, and create client estimates as well. Quickbooks online offers a variety of other benefits including free toll-free customer support, with email support available as well. Helps in creating invoices and bills of the goods and services.

There are no dislikes of using QuickBooks onlin quick book has several amazing tools and features which are so useful for your small and medium businesses.

I use it to track the status of my co-workers. And also for tracking the work of my workers and clients. The only reason we i use quick book is for generating invoices.
