Quickbase allows me to create scalable applications without having to spend hours coding.
The only downside I've encountered is some incompatibility with UTF-8 encoding / XML parsing.

The complexity of learning how to do integrations
Quickbase is helping us with our business flow and helps us by saving time for the ease of how it's built and what it offers to the user.
How easy the tool is to learn on your own or with the help of QB training classes/online forums. Anyone can learn how to use QB without prior database-building knowledge.
There are some limitations to the tool once you get to a certain point in development, so working around those limitations can be difficult and frustrating at times. I also wish it was more open to allow javascript back into the formula fields, that would help with a lot of the limitations I experience personally.
QB has helped our company support our customer's wide variety of processes and needs. It's allowed us to develop business processes we previously had no support for.
No longer have to keep track of thousands of papers or folders on my desk. Quickbase workflow manager allows me to save and search all applicable docs to designated projects!
New interface and the removal of automations are updates I wish were optional. The new Pipelines process is not user friendly and reminds me of other competitor products that require more IT knowledgable users to setup.
The biggest problem Quickbase has solved is organization. Some projects have hundreds of files associated, whether it be emails, Customer drawings, quotes, etc. Previously we were printing and packaging all documents together and filing indefinitly in cabinets. This took up precious real estate and was not easy to access when needed. Quickbase project managers save all associated files to specific projects and it is one click of a button or search to find documents. Second problem Quickbase solved it communication. No longer do we rely on emails/phone calls to remind users to finish their tasks. Quickbase automatic notifications triggered by task completion has saved us countless hours. Additionally, the dashboard feature showing the status of all projects is accessible to everyone in our company. No longer are we asking each other "where is this project at?".
I like that it is customizable to suit our business needs and growth.
I sometimes need a better help area with more current solutions.
QuickBase solves our need to collaborate and have critical reporting for better decision-making.

Honestly speaking I did used more than 2 years and I have enjoyed a kot every day I worked! This was very handy and such an easy application to get my work done.
While working and suddenly it is going under maintenance. But once it comes back with something better version that earlier how it was.
Keeping track and records for reports and it stored the data with safe and secured. Yes it gives more productive.
I love that Quickbase is easy to use. In addition to it being intuitive, there are numerous free training resources from self-paced e-courses, recorded webinars, daily office hours, and live events.
Overall Quickbase has everything I need for my use cases. Quickbase regularly releases updates based on user feedback. You can tell Quickbase has all the main features by the small items I wish Quickbase would add: default colors in charts to speed up customizations and the ability to set chart axis dimensions.
I use Quickbase to support a variety of unique public health projects. Quickbase allows us to provide real-time data to project staff and senior leadership. Quickbase connects our numerous data systems.
I like the out-of-the-box functionality that QuickBase provides to build databases of information that can be easily interconnected. Quickbase also allows for lists and forms to be flexibly customizable to fit just about any business need. Additionally, the user interface is very intuitive.
Quickbase competes with other platforms like Microsoft SharePoint. One thing that SharePoint does that Quickbase does not, is the ability to link a spreadsheet to the online list. I wish Quickbase data could be linked to Excel in the same way SharePoint does so that fresh information could be pulled into your spreadsheets with the click of a button.
I love some of the more advanced functionality that Quickbase provides to customize pages to allow Geocoding and integration of APIs to build specified solutions for acute business needs.
Ease of use, and if you have any issues, support is quick and responsive to resolve them.
Lack of customability. It would be nice if you could customize certain parts of the program in regards to fonts, colors, layout, etc...

I have loved just how easy it is to change things around to fit my team's needs. It has drastically improved our work. I love it's simple format, it makes it easy for everyone to understand how everything works. We've been able to really streamline our work giving us a "live" experience that we truly value in our fast-paced work environment.
The only thing I would change is to make it a bit more modern with displays such as colors, fonts, etc. Aside from that, we have worked with a company who knows QuickBase really well and has been able to help us make QuickBase fit our needs.
We're able to track individual clients' paperwork, our income, and all other aspects of a business. It helps us to keep everything in one "app." Again, it has drastically improved efficiency in our office. This has helped us to keep a better "full picture" of our work to see where we need to focus additional attention and where we are excelling. We highly value our clients and we want them to have the smoothest transition while in our program. QuickBase has helped us to offer this to our clients.
I like how Quickbase lets you customize so many things when building an app. It is like a web version of Access. It's great for data gathering/input as well as automatically connecting data to an application like Alteryx for further blending/cleanup.
Some things are a bit complicated, such as the inability to search in rules and automations. Also, some things are limited, such as the number of choices in a multi-choice dropdown.
Quickbase makes data entry easy. It's great for making sure data is input consistently, which helps analysis further down the road.
Quickbase is helping us in many ways, like managing workflow or creating a small business-related application where we can use from mobile and also from the laptop. Quickbase also gives the facility to integrate with the third-party application through API or Pipeline facility. Quickbase is a no-code or low-code application, so we don't need any coding here
In QuickBase, we cannot change the theme or background of the application, so we only have to use the system-provided theme and don't get the facility of customization.
We have solved lots of problems/difficulties in our organization and also for clients, like managing the workflow of the client so the client can easily monitor their work smoothly. We have also increased the productivity in our company with the help of Quickbase. With the use of Quickbase, we have replaced the MS-Excel and transferred all the activity of the client on QuickBase
Very easy to use and helps organize data very well. So much better than excel spreadsheets when having multiple users enter and edit and delete data on a daily basis.

Better than using Excel spreadsheets for having multiple users involved in entering, editing, and deleting data for our clients and internal employees. We use it for a lot of things and will continue to utilize it for many more going forward. Great platform which can be useful for all companies.
I love that i can see my teammates sales progress. It pushes me to do better since I'm a competitive person!

it allows me to keep track of my sales so much quicker and easier. makes it easier to make sure i get credit for everything i sell.

There are very few things I don’t like but everything I want it to do I can submit as ideas and many things have been adopted in the systems ability!
When we changed to quick base our company literally launched into a new era! We grew exponentially and continue to do so. We are able to create our applications custom to each client while shielding information that doesn’t belong to them.... each unique visitor has a set view that is controlled by the administrator.
Quick Base is the most versatile platform that I have found. It's very hard to narrow down specifically what I like about it because there is just so much to like.
I can't think of anything that I dislike on Quick Base.
In my job, I do many thing and use Quick Base for almost all of them. I have create solutions to things like Photo Scheduling, Request Forms, Budget Tracking, Alumni Tracking, Online Sign-ins, and Research interested and match the students interests to the specific department and professor in order to further our students careers.
Completely customizable and adaptive! . When we found something that needed to be twerked to fit our needs we were able to do it.
I can't think of anything I disliked. When we were not completely satisfied with a function we could make it work with a few tweaks.

Its incident report creator is very easy to customize. The Quickbase platform is generally used to manage RFI, and to update customer databases. In relation to supply chains, with quickbase we can handle shipments, organize warehouses and inventories, and do merchandise order treatments. This service has been the best solution for the management of our non-profit programs. The platform is very intuitive and easy to use. It has fascinated us. If you have any problem with the platform you can easily go to their technical support service. They work on a regular schedule, and they respond very quickly. We thought that the price contract is beneficial for us, since the payment plans are quite flexible with the users. In addition, they are economical. We have achieved a high level of satisfaction with our experience of using Quickbase. It has been very easy to use, and its price shows that it is a positive investment.
You can not administer providers, nor transport. Workflows are not configurable (you can not even choose access permissions). It does not have a progress system based on tasks to be performed, which means that the work can not be fully organized. Does not allow to review potential customers.
Its multichannel system has been very advantageous to improve communication with our customers, and therefore the automation of our sales force. We think it's excellent to be able to handle payment commissions, and to be able to make sales forecasts, and make budget follow-ups.
We use QuickBase for many different applications. We've been able to customize to a variety of scenarios and use the same system. This helps with continuity and I can bounce back and forth among various apps.
There is a brief lag in between clicks. This is a minor irritation, and not much of a dislike. This is a great product. I would love to see some more user friendly reporting that can export to excel.
We is it as a directory database for sales rep and account info. We also use it as a database for error reporting.
