Ease of use and implementation, very intuitiv HRM system

Graphics are a lit bit boring, but it doesn't influence a work

We use actively a recruiting module of Personio, it helps us to optimise the whole recruitig process

Honest and committed support from sales, development, technology, legal, management and implementation. All requests and ideas are seriously analysed and, if at all possible, implemented by those responsible. No false promises are made and weaknesses are not glossed over or hidden. This makes the co-operation an exceptionally customer-oriented experience. Great and easy support right from the start.

Apart from a few wishes that we have specifically for our company (Personio is still working on this...), there are no open or negative points.

Personio helps me to centralize and generalize the onboarding process, the recruitment information and job publications. Also I can manage employees´s contracts and signatures, attendence, Vacation time. Also I can announce things. All in the same space.

Having joined my employer post personio implementation. I was initially very impressed with the amount of customisation and bespoke tools we were able to utilise to help support our people and engagement strategies. The feedback from our teams are overwhelmingly positive and we are still working on areas of utilisation,earning the opportunities for further improvements are incredibly exciting

The support we receive from our account manager, the user interface and the ability to report quickly and easily are game changers for our team.

Personio's ability to integrate with other tools has been life changing for our people team. Whether reducing onboarding times, helping engage new starters or allowing our people to self manage holidays and give them the ability to own their personal details and self serve deliver excellent time and cost savings.

I like how I can make the system work for us and if it doesn't I can give feedback and I truly believe they look into adding that feature/idea.

Personio solves many problems. We are now able to manage all recruitment, have automated onboarding and support staff to book holidays, see the org chart and store all documents in one place. We are looking at how we use the Performance and development feature to support our PDP, goal setting, and 360 feedback. This all benefits me and this is all aspects of my role nad leaves me more time to work closely with our people.

not really anything I particularly disliked, but sometimes adaptions are not possible in all sections, but the personio team is really eager to implement changes and is really open to user feedback

There are instances when navigating through the different functions can be a bit convoluted. The system could benefit from some streamlining and user interface improvements.

One of the standout features of Personio is its robust employee self-service capabilities. Empowering employees to access and manage their own information, request time off, and collaborate with team members has improved employee engagement and streamlined HR administrative tasks.

Personio does a good job with reports, but it would be nice to have more choices for how they look. If we could make our own reports and see data in different ways, that would be even better.

Personio's integration capabilities with other business tools are exceptional. The seamless connection with our existing systems, such as payroll or time tracking, allows us to consolidate data and streamline processes. By reducing manual data entry and improving data accuracy, Personio enables us to work more efficiently and make better-informed decisions.

I really appreciate how I can adjust Personio to fit our HR work. It lets me set up our processes just the way we need them, which helps me manage the team better. This type of adaptability is quite rare and it's why I think Personio is a special tool in a sea of HR solutions.

Some of the reports from Personio can be tricky to understand. If the data was shown in a simpler way, decision making would be much easier. I did not spot any other problems.

It's very well thought out and caters to almost everything we needed help with with our HR processes. We used to run a few different tools for ATS, forms, payroll, etc., but Personio helped us bring all that stuff together under one roof

There's a bug in the engagement dashboard where some survey submissions disappear for no reason, or some fields come through blank.

Before we started looking for an all-in-one HR tool, our HR operations used to be all over the place. It was unnecessarily pricey and hard to maintain for our IT team. But thanks to it, we were able to bring together several different functionalities under one roof. This way, we were able to save money as we don't have to pay for different tools anymore, and the new system is much much easier to manage for both IT and HR. We're very happy with Personio so far.
