It has proven invaluable in eenhancing my organisational skills withinmy job role and providing clarity on the various departments in the company, allowing me to comprehend the responsibilities of each individual.

Occasionally, I find it slightly challenging to navigate through the web page, as some aspects of the user interface may not be as intuitive or easily accessible as desired.

Notion proves to be a valuable tool in obtaining concise and organised information about each company department and the respective roles they play. It effectively presents the necessary details, enabling easy access and understanding of the different departments within the organisation

What I like most about Notion is that I can customize the entire space to what works for me

My only issue with Notion is that you cannot create recurring tasks on a calendar

I switched from Evernote and LaTEX notetaking to Notion and it has allowed for more creative expression in note taking skills. One big advantage is incorporating code into my notes, more specifically seamlessly incorporate LaTex equation into my notes.

I dislike that you cannot import packages into Notion such as ChemDraw which allows me use LaTex to create molecules. Aditionally the AI tool is in its early stages so telling it convert data to a table is difficult to do or telling to create a cornell note style set is difficult. Rather than create two columns for cornell notes, it creates 2 rows where the questions are on top and the notes are at the bottom.

I can highlight information and tell it to summarize the information for me in a few sentences. Lets say I am taking notes and stumble upon new diction, I can simply highlight the word and ask the AI to define it for me and it would do so below the sentence. It has also made note sharing much easier as I can simply share a link to my notes which will update as I go whereas in other applications I must convert to a PDF file to share to my peers.

Notion is solving the problem of scattered information and disjointed team collaboration. It provides a unified platform where we can create, share, and manage all our work - from documents and tasks to databases and notes. This has greatly streamlined our workflows, improved team coordination, and boosted overall productivity. The flexibility of Notion also allows us to customize our workspace to fit our specific needs, making it an indispensable tool in our daily operations.

The interface is really easy to use, takes a bit of time to learn in the beginning but once you know how you can create so much out of it.

More shortcuts on the keyboard to create different formats, for example, to create a checkbox from /c instead of / and clicking to the bottom.

I use it for my content planning/writing, I like how after planning I don't need to go to another site to proof it again. The tone in Notion is also more casual (more human-like) than Chat GBT.

Notion AI is a very easy-to-use assistant. I've used it to write emails, comment code, schedule my week, and it has improved my life significantly. That's what I like best.

It sometimes times out, and you're unable to use it. However, that is often solved very quickly.

Ergonomics and ease of navigation. The nesting of pages and the ability to create a space architecture in several different ways are a powerful asset for Notion.

It lacks the inline "Formula" system found in Coda. A library of assets should also be available.

The AI is really helpful and I love how there are templates which makes everything easy and simple to use. I also love how nice everything looks and it is one of the best websites I have ever used.

What I dislike about Notion is that the AI can't really talk about a topic if you don't put a title to it. You have to set a page on a specific topic so the AI can understand the questions better.

Notion is solving questions on cyber security that I don't understand. Notion helps make everything simple and can break down difficult topics into easier wordings.

Notion AI has completely changed my workflow. As a student, I have started to use AI tools like Chat GPT. When Notion released its AI feature, I have started using it right away and fell in love immediately. It has saved me so much time and offers many features to streamline my workflows.

It is hard to get used to in the beginning, as Notion offers so many features so that you have to get used to its way of working. After getting familiar with the setup, it is very easy to use!

I preferred Notion over any other application because of its interface, which is very easy to navigate. I love how you can organize documents and the variety of available visualizations that are very useful. Additionally, if you have trouble structuring information, there are many helpful templates. I initially started using this software solely for personal use, such as taking daily notes, saving relevant information, or creating task lists, etc. However, I found the application so comprehensive that without realizing it, I began integrating many work-related aspects into it. Eventually, I decided to implement this application as an additional tool for my entire team, and to this day, I believe it has been an excellent decision. Another aspect that I love is the ease of use on any device. I can quickly access my documents from my laptop or cellphone, and any changes are updated swiftly if I'm using both devices simultaneously.

Sometimes I use the app to create work logs or notes for certain projects, so I often add photos to my documents. I usually take the pictures within the application, but it can be quite tedious. Many times, the app becomes very slow when doing this, which is something I dislike the most. Moreover, I don't like that I can't rotate my photos. Sometimes, they are displayed incorrectly, and it's quite inconvenient to view them that way. Another aspect is that when the new AI feature was implemented, I started testing this new tool. However, the free attempts were very limited, not enough to evaluate whether I wanted to purchase the subscription or not.

This app is an all-in-one solution. I can create tables, lists, hold meetings, and write documents. The most incredible feature is that I can add code, and it respects the syntax correctly, that's the most valuable aspect for me. I can include any type of information, including photos and audio. I appreciate the high level of customization it offers, I can easily highlight text and if I want to move a paragraph within a document, I don't need to copy and paste, just dragging it is enough. In my work, Notion has made collaboration very easy, being able to create documents that can contain such a variety of information has allowed us to consolidate all our documentation in one place. The updates are reflected instantly, and it has also helped us to organize ourselves better.

The search feature is easy to use but the results are not ever what I'm looking for. Finding the page I want from the search always seems to be more challenging than I'd expect.

Spell checking doesn't seem to autocorrect and sharing information can be confusing as to the level of access provided to others. Having shortcut keys a bit easier to access would be helpful to quickly navigate around the app.

It's making information easier to store, and organize into categories that allow that can be fully personalized. I find while it takes a little getting used to, it does provide a really great range of capabilities to capture the much needed thuughts of the company for all facets of the team.
