Nifty Recensies & Productdetails

Nifty has a beautiful and well-thought interface, that makes it easy to move around. Another great feature of Nifty that I really loved, is that the tool is very flexible for any type of project/team. You can manage very complex projects as well as simple to-do list with ease, and the interface can be easily rearranged on the basis of your liking. Also, I strongly liked the idea of incorporating Files & Docs into the Nifty. Now it saves me a ton of time, because I don't have to move between tabs to find my files, get link and share with the team members on another platforms; Everything is now done within Nifty.
I won't say I dislike them, but there are some points which I would love to see get improved even more. For example, the UX can be more smooth in some places, making it much easier to utilize/find some features when needed. Also, the native Nifty Documents are pretty basic right now. I would love to see it gets upgraded and compete with Google Doc.
1. Now, I don't have to use multiple tools/websites for team communication, file sharing, document sharing, Google sheet collaboration and many more. All can be done within Nifty. 2. My team management and communication have improved a lot over time with Nifty. 3. I have multiple wings of my business, which have separate team members and projects going on. It becomes super easy to manage all those projects & teams in Nifty, because I can create separate portfolios and projects with different format of task management for each project and add team members on each project separately as needed. 4. Nifty also helps to collaborate with freelancers I hire. By adding them as guests, I can make sure exactly what task lists or projects they can see and comment on. This would have been a great hassle without Nifty if I had to do this on separate tools.
The tool literally handles all aspects of our project management needs. The interface and design metaphor is very intuitive for me and the tutorials are perfect to get you started. It is a well documented, self-sustaining tool once you understand how it works.
So far I have not found anything that I don't like about the tool. Ask me again in a couple months.
We have found one tool that we can use with all or external and internal projects all in one place. I got a summary this morning from the system that was perfect in telling what tasks were past due and coming due as well as the teams over all performance.
Since switching to Nifty, my team has been able to spend less time managing email and searching through endless threads for the information needed to get projects done. As a leader, I love the high level views of Project Milestones, Tasks, and the Workload for each team member. It helps us be nimble and rebalance workloads on the fly.
Nothing. The development team seems to be very active and they are constantly releasing new features and updating the view to make it even more user friendly.
The main problem Nifty has solved for us is keeping everything related to a project in one centralized location. Instead of using a different tool for project management, internal team chat, external client communication, and file management, we're now using Nifty for all of it.
I love the ability to create project templates which saves me tons of time as I repeat the same workflows for my podcast and web design projects. The client collaboration features including the ability to add team members and guests to specific project file locations for approval purposes also saves a lot of back-and-forth communication.
It would be great of a few more team members were included by default, but this solution already provides a ton of value as-is.
I am able to replicate the same workflow for each of my podcast guests without omitting critical steps, ensuring the same quality of service for every client.
The Ease of Use and Ease of Systemization and the Milestones. I also like the Reminders, the Builtin Messaging and of course, Dark Mode.
Perhaps, would be good to get some more variables in the Trigger Actions from Zapier. Maybe some internal triggers as well so that different tasks can be automated or duplicated instead of manually doing it. Not much else, the software is very robust.
Lack of Focus on Important Tasks vs. Doing Unimportant ones. Now we can structure our work easily. Every team member knows exactly what they should be doing at exactly what time.
Easy to use and fast. It's a bit like Asana, but formatted a little differently. UX experience is great. Fun to use and checkoff items and seems to be getting better each week.
I think the time tracking can be a lot better. If they could incorporate that to be more like Harvest the time tracking feature would be extremely valuable. Feels like a bit of an afterthought/add-on at the moment.
Task/project management and tracking projects and milestones.Really helps organizing the clutter of things to do.
I love that I can set milestones for different projects and I can view the milestones in a gant format. I struggle with productivity a lot. This was easy to navigate and figure out how to use it to not only manage my business, but also for homeschooling my children at the same time.
I wish that clients could have a calendar view. That would be helpful.
I am a mom and entrepreneur. Due to the pandemic I have placed my children in the online version of our public schools. This is a more self paced format. Nifty has helped me organize all work due and have a visual for pacing the work. In terms of business, I was able to setup my we site and import my editorial calendar from asana. Nifty was easier to navigate and has made it easier to view the steps I need to take to consistent market my business.
It allows me to plan and create systems for my company. I can keep track of all the important things I can't miss and deadlines that must be met.
I wish that some features were easier to use. Managing milestones didn't work as expected and recurring milestones didn't work for me.
I manage tasks, dates, and my teams using Nifty.
I love that you can have all files, tasks and have discussions in one place.
The mobile version should have a way to quickly search Projects. We have many projects and it’s difficult to find them.
I am more organized when customers reach out to us for information on their file.
Full 360 degree view of all active projects and milestones, reporting is spot on, super active dev team to push it along.
The only thing it is missing is an open API - although it is on the roadmap. I'd love to integrate this in with my other SaaS products.
My brand new agency needed a central place to bring together all tasks and assignments from across the company. Nifty takes care of it all with a very short learning curve.
