Where to start ... one of the best features that have the tool is the dashboard with the summary of everything we have so far and partial results; On the other hand, the templates available for use are excellent, very visually rich and easy to optimize; the measurement of everything related to the sending of mass mails is extensive, neat and understandable for any user whether or not he is an expert in the subject.

I do not really find anything against it that is worth mentioning except maybe the prices, however this also depends on the size of our company and the campaign that we want to manage. For medium-sized companies with large lists of subscribers, prices may be a bit high.

I have used it personally and also for the company in which I work, it has always been very useful to me considering that when I started using it I had practically no knowledge of the subject and it was very simple.

I love the simple automation that allows us to scale our business.

The pricing is a little high considering how many emails we have.

The best thing about Mailchimp is predefined templates that are available to use which saves a lot of time thinking about where to place images, contents etc. It is faster and reliable. Another cool thing is the analytics of the number of opened, bounced or unread emails information which helps a lot.

There is nothing I dislike about MailChimp.

We know to whom we need to target and lists helps a lot, and the analytics helps us to know the fake emails ids which will be removed to have a clean list of customer details.

My team recently started using Mailchimp. We use it for an internal newsletter. It allows us to be creative with it.

I really don't have anything that I dislike. I enjoy all of it since it is much better than Microsoft Outlook that we were using before.

Since it is an internal email there are a lot of people on the distribution. I find it easier with Mailchimp. Also I feel like inputting multimedia like videos is better as well.

Mail chimp is easy to navigate and enables you to design great marketing pieces without expensive design software or previous design experience. Provides great analytics that are easy to understand.

The only thing would be easier integration with linkedin. I wish you could post directly to LinkedIn like you can with Facebook

Mailchimp is easy to use. They have done a great job integrating wizards, how-to instructions, etc. into the user interface. It does not take any separate training to use their site. The site will instruct you each step of the way. Additionally, the user interface is laid out very well. It is great that with Mailchimp, you can start totally free. Also the campaign reports are very nice and Mailchimp does a good job removing invalid email addresses. Exporting data is a breeze. The email templates are very configurable and attractive. Finally, it is great that Mailchimp has an app marketplace where you can find integrations for your favorite applications. I have integrated my Mailchimp with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

To be honest, there is not much to dislike. Mailchimp is the leader in email marketing.

With Mailchimp, we have successfully sent out two email marketing campaigns so far. Also, our partner sent out one email marketing campaign on our behalf using Mailchimp as well. I love it! As a result of our email campaigns, we have achieved more sales and improved the relationship with our customers.

Mailchimp is user friendly and fun to use. There is a little monkey character who keeps me smiling while I'm working!

There's really nothing I can complain about Mailchimp.If I had to say one thing, I'd say that I wish it were free for more emails. But that's just selfish and cheap on my part!

MailChimp is extremely easy to use and you do not need any coding experience. I was able to understand the platform in a matter of hours.

Because the email designs are sectioned off into drag and drop sections, the design isn't completely customizable.

Emails are professional and list management is very organized. We are able to manage our lists perfectly. The MailChimp support is very responsive as well and have answered any questions that have come up.

Awareness marketing campaigns

One of the features i adore about MailChimp is the Forever Free Plan. This plan is available for those who have less than 2,000 subscribers or send less than 12,000 emails each month, so it's perfect for small businesses or individuals. Also, their html email builder is top notch and their newsletter subscription service is the best - they have plugins for every web cms out there.

There's nothing that i dislike about MailChimp. It fits my needs perfectly.

MailChimp helps me keep in touch with my subscribers, share news about my app and schedule marketing campaigns.

I love that they make mass marketing fun and personable. They also are incredibly clear about various changes to different email servers and how it might affect the reception of a newsletter or email. I also love their subject line researcher. It makes me feel more confident about the likelihood of my messages being opened.

I wish they would allow more list subscribers for a cheaper cost.

It helps me to keep track of all of my unsubscribes in a way that helps me to deliver content to people who really want it and not bug anybody who doesn't.

Depending on the specific needs of your business or enterprise, there are some things that Mailchimp can't achieve. Also, there is a learning curve with the Dashboard but then again, there's always the support team!!

We needed a way to create and send emails without having to test the coding in all emails software and centralized our customer list database with simple management.

Easy to use and maintain. The setup is fast and I do recommend letting mail chimp assist.

Could have more automation once campaigns are moving. The analytics are good, but looking forward to some AI.
