I am absolutely grateful to Konstantina Sachinidou for her incredible support, and intelligence in finding ways to improve the learning journey experience for our users we currently run 7 accounts and will add over 15+ more in the near future.

considering we have so many accounts, we need to use a different email address every time we create a new account, I wish we could use the same email address to open unlimited accounts. The other issue is that we have limitations when it comes to making the school available in multiple languages, especially if the languages have different writing orientations, as in from left to right or right to left. The gamification feature with the badges is also not customizable enough to be useful for us specifically as we have different targets and you can only change the photo/name of the badge but not the trigger. I also wish we had a feature of adding a library with downloadable materials that are easier and built-in, where we can dump in a bunch of content so users can go in and download photos, videos, and documents. Would be nice to also be able to share posts and achievements on social media through the platform. Finally, it will be nice to add an engagement feature for users to track their progress and excite them to complete they're learning journey, like a journey map that automatically updates and visualizes their progress everytime they complete a course they move across the map closer to the final goal.

Sometimes there are some minor issues that might require workarounds or creative solutions. No platform is 100% free of issues. Thankfully, LearnWorlds has a great knowledge base and excelelnt technical support and customer service.

It has a great website builder, it has an awesome custom code section, it has great templates, it has API and webhooks, and last but not least, it has great staff!

The LW team actually understand learning, which just isn't true of their competitors! The support is incredible & you can build anything you can imagine.

I agree with other comments that the community features need development - really important for building a sucessful course.

LW allows me to build courses which don't just deliver content, but actually help students learn & the course analytics give insights that genuinely help me grow the business.

The platform is very user-frendly, its easy for a novice to create a great LMS and website, but what also makes this a great proposition is the customer support. Responses are always fast and helpful, the support services are very well organized, and the people always communicate in a highly respectful way to us novices. Being able to add interactivity to my online courses is very important to me. I couldn't really do that with Kajabi or Squarespace and I tried both. This platform really makes it simple to create a school.

The support is unmatchable and the ongoing updates really helps keep the system up to date.

We used to be with Kajabi which quickly went downhill so we were looking for a more comprehensive system that allowed us to grow.

LearnWorlds is focused on making a positive experience for the course creator as well as the student. After looking into many other options, such as Teachable and Kajabi, it became clear that LearnWorlds took the lead in helping deliver quality, engaging content inside of my course while still being a great place to SELL things online. LearnWorlds feels better suited for building an actual scalable online academy. The customer service is incredible - they usually respond within a day and are very direct.

To access some of the most highly promoted and advertised features, such as interactive video and the white-labeled app, you must be on the "Learning Center" plan, which is $249 a month. And to actually get the app, you must be on that plan and then pay a fee on top of that. Also, the community feature could use a lot of improvements to be considered a viable alternative to something like discord.

LearnWorlds is my go-to solution for hosting my course content. Learnworlds takes care of hosting my lessons, videos, downloads, and more. I am glad to know my courses are hosted in a place that prioritizes innovation and a great user experience.

It's a highly robust and flexible platform. It supports the creatives to be creative. The support squad feels like peer-to-peer conversations around finding solutions, which I love. The how-to videos and help pages are clear and always work for me. It's an intuitive platform but also nicely challenging, which I enjoy. I've tried a few other platforms. I find that with Learnworlds, I just spend many joyful hours 'tinkering' as I build my school.

I may need more time to discover if there is anything I dislike about it.

We had quite a few requirements, but they were exceeded at the start and since then Learnworlds has steadily developed in a good direction. The different packages each offer a good price/performance ratio.

Hardly any "dislikes" but the somewhat clunky nature of the web design element, which is somewhat un-intuitive and not very user-friendly. Also, the "how to" help guides are at times hard to follow as they loop and are without audio. Similarly, the YouTube resources are at times recorded with poor audio quality.

Whenever I have had difficulty with something and gone to the Support Staff, they have always responded fast and in an easy to follow manner.

I have had several questions about how to go about doing something in particular. They have provided ways to do it, or stated that I had good questions and were forwarding suggestions to the development team. Totally made me feel heard.

I decided to scale my business by creating an online training programme. I am a subject matter expert with minimal technical knowledge. Therefore, I never thought I would be able to build my own website and LMS. I am delighted with LearnWorlds and so proud of what I have achieved so far. The templates are very straightforward, and there is plenty of scope for creativity. The support staff are excellent. I felt like I had my own technical team with me all the way. I always got a prompt reply to any queries with easy to understand instructions. There are also plenty of instructional videos to follow. The Learnworld subscription is very good value, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LearnWorlds.

I haven't found any downside to LearnWorlds.

I had a previous website, and I totally relied on the website developer to update information and to fix problems. This can be a very frustrating experience when they go AWOL!

We appreciate that we could choose the tier that best fits our needs and allows us to easily create and sell courses. The set up process is relatively straightforward.

The only limitation that we regularly run up against with this tier is the number of instructors. It is limited to just 5. Also, there are some limitations graphically.

LearnWorlds allows us to present the online part of our hybrid schooling to students, as well as processing their payments and managing their access. This allows us to run a school for working adults that is both attractive to the end-user and effective in facilitating life-change.

I love how easy it is to learn and navigate. The platform is intuitive and the host's customer service and training offerings are wonderful. I love that they have launched the app side for our level of subscription.

I do not have any complaints. So far, my experience has been pleasant. We've been using the platform since mid 2020, and I cannot imagine hosting our academy thorugh any other provider.

Like any out of the box solution there will be features you wish they had. Honestly, within the year we've used them we've run unto 2 features we wish they had- the ability to clone a video/learning element to another class and the ability to add closed captioning to a Vimeo video. They recently released the ability to clone learning elements so I know they're listening to their users and making constant improvements

We have been able to easily move our classes online and support over 250 learners in a very short amount of time.

I have chosen LearnWorlds for my project after extensive testing and comparison with other LMS options. Two things that helped me decide: - The excellent customer support. Very fast response times, and customer support professionals who put in the effort to actually find solutions. Far superior to the competition. - The flexibility of the platform in terms of customization. Almost every aspect of the site design and student experience can be customized (texts, design, navigation, etc.)

I would prefer more robust community features. However, I have contacted PeerBoards about the possibility of a PeerBoards/LearnWorlds integration, and it sounds like this will be possible in the near future.
