LeadIQ gets me all the contact info that I need - numbers, emails, etc. Customer support has been super responsive with teaching me how to use the product more effectively and setting me up so that leads populate in Salesforce the way I want them to

Sometimes the information is incorrect but that happens with any data mining program. For the most part I am getting great contact info from these prospects.
I am able to find contact details that were otherwise unknown or hidden from me in the past. It is extremely helpful to me in my current role.
The tool is really easy to use, super click friendly. The connection with Google Sheets makes it incredibly easy to sort and import into our CRM. I also find that the contact information is far more accurate than other tools I have used in the past. One feature that I really like is that I can see if someone has already added a contact to another list. This is great for me because I am not wasting my time on adding them to my list and adding duplicates to my CRM. For me, I also love the customer service. They get back to me quickly and let me know when my problem has been solved.
There isn't too much to dislike. The accuracy of the contact information can always be improved when talking about lead gen tools.
Scraping emails for lead gen and enrichment. It's a great tool for not only myself but for my BDRs. It makes finding the right contacts incredibly easy.

I've been using LeadIQ to capture contact details of senior executives in prospect organisations. They have very good coverage of these roles and the contact information is usually accurate.

I'm a big fan of LeadIQ's sleek UI and UX. I've used competitors and it was very hard to get full adoption of those because of the complicated search, capture and import process of new leads. LeadIQ has made it extremely easy to do all those steps and import leads right to your CRM with a few clicks, to really support high volume prospecting teams. It was very easy and simple to pick up how to use LeadIQ with its intuitive design and awesome customer team. The email addresses found for contacts is also much more accurate than what I've seen with other systems because of their use of an algorithm instead of searching old databases. Working with an small-medium sized target demographic, new hires join/leave these organizations regularly and often times, their new contact information for a role they began a few months back isn't even in a database yet, making it harder to find their accurate contact information. LeadIQ's algorithm combats that!
The only drawback I've seen is the lack or accuracy of direct line phone numbers. However, this is an issue that LeadIQ is aware of and working on!
The business problem we're solving with LeadIQ is being able to find the contacts and contact information within our target accounts to import and action in the systems we live in. We're able to take our 200 target accounts and effectively build them out using LeadIQ inside of LinkedIn and import that data into the Salesforce Account Record to then action these contacts and actively begin prospecting them, in the shortest amount of time.
LeadIQ has an easy to use platform, and a great chrome extension.
There is no buyer intent like there is in Zoominfo.

The ability to use the LeadIQ platform to search. Using the integration with LinkedIn is great but as a standalone product finding leads and using the search has many limitations with regard the the filters, user interface (customer experience) and the accuracy of the tags that are tied to the limited filters.

Good product that is easy to use. You are able to create lists very quickly. Integration with sales nav makes it even easier. Overall well rounded product and data accuracy is high.
Sometimes the numbers are wrong for prospects but that can be said about just about any other product in the space. Sometimes you do see a lack of data transfer from lists through Salesforce and you end up losing a few prospects while flipping it over into dialing software.
LeadIQ helps me farm data and information about the prospects that I am looking to dial on. Strong chrome extension and good UI helps me do it quick and efficiently.

LeadIQ gives me the data nevessary to complete tasks and excel as a SDR.
I like that it gives me the information I need pretty quickly. I found my prospect contact and phone number and it is a quick integration with the sales navigator. I like that as soon as I am looking a profile up lead IQ displays the information needed on the side which is highly helpful.
I use it in Europe and it is true that I do not always find the phone numbers. I also have to sometimes double-check if the prospects I added have successfully transferred into outreach or SalesLoft.

My favorite feature is the ability to easily push any contact from LinkedIn to your CRM. LinkedIn doesn't let you do this directly so LeadIQ really comes in handy very often in my day-to-day!
The least helpful thing to me about LeadIQ is that you can only add ~20 contacts to a list at a time, and sometimes I need to add hundreds so it isn't very efficient.

When not synced, or can't capture info, a bit confusing to understand the full reason why and how to fix.

From top down, the integration with linkedin simplifies my prospecting journey to a few clicks. It saves me time reaching my prospective buyer with quality information at hand, the sale or outreach has never been more straightforward.
The Scribe functionality needs some work, and details of propsects abroad are less abundant (Africa region)
