Their customer service is fantastic. If I have a technical question,the landbot.io agents are always really quick to assist. I have been building a web bot for a few weeks and so far with the help of the technical team, Ive been able to work my way through all my stumbling blocks.

The ease of use. It's a straightforward app to drag and drop blocks and connect them. One example is a payment process in which we needed to receive uploaded files from the customer. Other platforms we used made it very difficult. We could get the whole process created in Landbot in a few hours.

It doesn't seem to have direct PayPal integration for some reason. We're using Stripe right now, but some customers may prefer to use PayPal still. I could be wrong; please correct me if this is untrue!

We can built an entirely custom payment process very quickly and the end customers seem to love how it flows as they're used to text-based conversations and this is natural and fun for them.

Landbot is an excellent tool for marketers seeking to increase their site conversion rate. There are many useful features and, compared with competitors, for a good cost-benefit.

It would be awesome if Landbot added a notification on the navigator tab when a message is sent. Also, we had some problems regarding fields that needed validation, like phone and email fields. For example, we found leads that put text on the phone field, like "My phone number is XXXXXXXXXX." A combo with masks plus validation will help a lot!

We increased our conversion rate to a high level. Currently, the channel with the highest volume of lead generation on our site is the Landbot chat. We needed an intuitive chatbot platform and found it in Landbot.

I like pretty much everything about landbot. If this platform could support chatbot deployment on other social media channels like Telegram, Instagram, etc, that would be nice.

I have explored and researched a lot in this platform and developed a few concept complex Chatbot Apps like Anime Bot, Landbot Wordle, Rock-Paper-Scissors, Weather Bot, Landbot Link Tree, etc... in this platform so far. Some of them still live and are actively used in online campaigns

Very little; the exporting of the design flow to Visio format would be a real benefit, and to have a bigger canvas size - but apart from that - a superb application

Problems I solved with landbot is the automation of the entire customer service process by answering automatically all technical FAQ on how to operate my startup by the final user. The benefits are enormous as it enabled me to compensate a whole customer care department by one chatbot.

landbot is a very complete tool and very easy to use. In addition to the economic options that they offer us with their plans, they allow us to buy the plan that best suits our needs.

The product...the way it works, the way the give you templates and how fast customer service gets back to you.

It was a little clunky to start using at first, but with a small amount of time it was easy.

I like the ease of development. Other platforms use Google Dialog flow which are not very intuitive. Landbot has their own built in development platform which are so very easy to use. And like I said, support staff is always available. Another great feature is that its available for both IoS and Andriod operating systems. Tools like Wasavi are available only in Andriod, so Landbot excels here.

There are three minor shortcomings: 1) In the BOT development, I wish there was a scroll bar available to move the flowcharts to the right. The available alternative is to press shift key and mouse and move the landscape around 2) I wish there was a feature like Auto arrange the flows as my flow had over 50 flow diagrams and I had to manually move them around 3) I also wish there were WhatsApp emoticons which can be inserted in my flows and messages (like smiley, yoga, shower emoticons etc.). Other than that, Landbot is a great tool, much better than other tools available in the market like Twilio, Wasavi etc.

I did not have any issues - I just had some questions in the features which I described above. Their staff is great and very responsive. The only suggestion is that since they are based out of Spain, for US customers, they are not available after 2:30 PM EST. Wish they have staff to support US business timings going forward, but thats a minor issue.

The interface is simple and rich! Its possible create amazing bots.

I was looking for a solution to show the grades for my students. The choice was acceptable.

Quick time to market -> you do your bot in a short time; The testing time is very good as I can test it with 'real' users in a good time period. Good work!

I like everything about them. It's tricky to find out how to pass variables to landbot but support helped me within 1 hr
