Kajabi provides our coaching business with an online course platform that integrates website themes, marketing tools and sales pipelines. Customer support is very responsive and often responds in real time via chat.

Price. Kajabi is the most expensive solution on a monthly/annual basis that we evaluated. However, the high cost is offset some by using Kajabi's capabilities to eliminate several existing tools.

We were able to eliminate an existing website that could not natively integrate with an online course platform. Kajabi truly offers a premium level solution that allows you to simplify your business/course content.

I learned how to use Kajabi a couple of years ago when a social media client wanted me to use it to build her new courses. Even having never used it before on my own, it was so easy to learn! I got to work right away and didn't have to spend hours figuring it out, as it is very intuitive. I also think the themes are gorgeous, and have a clean, professional look.

My clients pay for it so I don't have to, but it is a bit on the pricey side.

It helps me quickly and easily put together beautiful, accessible courses for my clients.

I love that you can no only utilize this software for your website pages but you can also create products to sell, such as online video courses.

I wish that you could reposition the text on the cover photo when creating a video course or adding in a picture with a text overlay.

It allows us to create new products to post to our website and to easily go in and edit content on our site.

How customizable it is. There are so many different products you can use to really apply to your business needs.

The resetting of passwords for clients who are members in our program always have an issue resetting their passwords.

We use Kajabi because our company is subscription based. It houses tutorial videos, membership benefits, documents, etc.

What I like the most of Kajabi how easy it is to navigate the different courses and modules. It is very organized and makes my learning so much easier. I like how the bottom if the video you can add a little description and downloadble resources

I think when instructors have so many modules it's better to have a different layout instead of scrolling all the way down

It's a way to market my personal brand and offer online classes. It's all in a single platform that people can easily access to.

I like how they provide kajabi University and utilize integrations

The customer service is not good. It frusterating emailing them and trying to explain a situation. It would be better if they had a phone number to call.

It is helping by growing the coaching business and be easy to use for clients

I like that you can create opt-ins and landing pagges easily. It allows you to host courses, products, and sequences. It's a great all-in-on option.

The formatting/design is rather bulky and limited. I wish it looked more modern in design and editing backend.

We are able to create opt-ins and automations through Zapier to increase our email list. We create landing pages for our virtual groups and hsot our courses online.

Here's what I like best 1) Clean and easy to use interface 2) Set up your course in seconds 3) No contracts and hassle

The idea of having a lot of features in a single platform is great.

Unfortunately, when most of the features don't work consistenly, you spend more time dealing with the support team than you do running your business.

It's an all-in-one platform for training courses, websites, and email marketing.
