I've tried pretty much every multi-step form builder on the market and involve.me does an incredible job. - Templates are fantastic and awesome starting points - Lots of question formats/options to create an engaging experience - Overall high-quality design and customisation options. Looks so much better than other builders + completely mobile responsive. - Embeds amazingly well into website - export to html page is perfect. - Many integrations options with other apps, Zapier link works perfectly. - Very fairly priced and great value. - Pages load super faster - Very easy to create folders and keep account organised with multiple clients/projects - Super resposive support team

As a perfectionist, there are some minor styling limitations with spacing on certain question types but I assume that will be solved soon. I would also like some more customisation options with email notifications after form submission, however not an issue at all as can manage these with Zapier + email marketing software.

Involve.me is increasing website conversions and the number of leads we generate for clients. Compared to standard contact forms we generate more than double the leads on a monthly basis.

The staff first and foremost. They are here to stay, they are incredibly fast and helpful. Even when off for the weekend, it's customary that I will get a reply. They go over and above to help you get your system integrated how you want. The features are rich and heavy without being overwhelming. The content they feature on YouTube is always fresh and triggers your mind to try out new ways to be successful. I left a company of 4 years that no longer supports their software for this company that is competitively priced, has great features and options, a smoother UI, a better UX, and definitely a more responsive team. As long as they are around I will always be a customer of theirs.

Not a single thing other than I was too stupid to leave my current service fast enough, even though I paid Involve.me to be grandfathered in for 3 years before using them, and I am incredibly happy to be using them now and know that they are going to be my primary service for this tool and function. This is an honest review, the CEO of the company Florian, has always responded every time, is super nice, has fun events for his team, I can see he takes care of them, my only disappointment truly is myself for not having adopted them sooner!

Quiz Form functionality they are helping provide a smoother interface and better customer experience for our clients. They also have multiple features I do not have from a wide array of templates and I am excited to use these after I replace my old system builder.

It's super easy to use and build a custom form! I love the way everything looks. It makes my quiz and forms look so professional. The custom email you can send to participants and the integrations are very valuable. Even with just a free account you can get so much out of it. It's super easy to connect and integrate Active Campaign, Google Sheets and a payment method. I've created weekly check in forms with questions, multiple choice and sliders. I've created a scored quiz for a personality type quiz that I use as a lead magnet. And I refer Involve Me to tons of colleagues because I truly enjoy the platform so much! I also love the analytics so you can see views, submissions and answers to specific questions.

I haven't found a downside to using Involve Me.

A super easy way to have my Quiz as a lead magnet. Involve Me takes the pain out of building and using spreadsheets and google forms for this quiz. It's really fantastic. The participant gets the answer to the quiz at the end and then an email with a workbook to dive deeper. I am able to ask for email to add to my newsletter and it all integrates seamlessly. Plus the quiz looks so professional and is so easy to navigate and use for the participant. I can use my own branding to customize it.

I really enjoyed using Involve.me, I think it is really easy to use and has a lot of different feature options for a variety of different uses. It's fairly simple to figure out and has a lot of customization tools that can truly make your experience look very professional.

I did not enjoy the pricing. I think it is really challenging for a small business to spend that much money on one quiz. I especially think the "logo removal" feature is the reason most people go towards the $75 a month plan, which is too expensive if the return is low.

The partial forms submission characteristic is one of the unique things in this application. Also they have a very nice way of presenting data with rich analytics. They also have a download leads feature which is fanatastic. I liked this application and used a lot.

The rate structure I don't like. They also count every submission and partial one. They have limited the features in their plans. You can only use 1 form with a unique link in the basic plan. Overall pricing should be improved.
