HubSpot makes core marketing functions of emails, landing pages, social, and campaign tracking convenient and easy. You're able to build intuitive workflows and complete campaigns from one tool that makes it easy to manage. HubSpot makes it easy to create real, measurable impacts that can scale and repeat as a revenue growth marketer.
HubSpot's reporting functions are a bit lacking and require more manual processing than they should. Data can get wonky when using integrations with other platforms like Salesforce and may require more technical expertise. Design templates leave something to be desired and may need additional tools or freelance design support. These are fixes that I anticipate will be improved over time.
HubSpot Marketing Hub has helped me build cohesive campaigns for new customer acquisition, existing customer engagement & expansion, and revenue attribution from marketing tactics.
I love the integration of tracking mechanisms and marketing tools that HubSpot has curated. Their user interface has made it easy to do the right thing and hard to do the wrong thing - regardless of how much (or how little) experience that user has with marketing, technology, or both! It's a one-stop digital marketing shop.
There are a few features missing or requiring significant third-party engineering, so I would say custom tailoring is something we've struggled with and I'm glad we have someone to provide it for us, but the average user wouldn't encounter the number of 'needs' we have, so this doesn't even count as a dislike.
We wanted to convert interested users to evangelists and customers! Using the many features of HubSpot (like pop-up forms and built-in SEO tools), we have been able to accomplish that. We also wanted to see where our users were coming from and test how our emails were performing. HubSpot's analytics have made it possible for us to do both.
Convenient to use and very easy! The social media calendar really helped me and my organization to streamline our social media ads. This resulted to good social media presence across our platforms. The link to Canva is also a great addition to the marketing hub as it makes it so much easier to create graphics and import it directly to Hubspot. I used to manually upload photos and posts to each of our social media sites but with Hubspot I can do so in just a few clicks! This has really helped me save time and plan in advance our social media calendar. I also liked that there is a direct promote button from the blog to ensure that we are able to disseminate our new articles and for it to gain good traction on social media as well. Getting reports and interactions is so much convenient as well as Hubspot easily provides us with a good snapshot as to how effective our digital marketing is. This helps us address what we need to focus on and what we need to improve on in terms of our social media marketing. Thank you, Hubspot. You make our lives easier with your technology. I would definitely recommend this to fellow marketers!
If you could also add Google My Business to the social media platforms, this would really be helpful to us as well whdo are trying to build our presence on the main search console. I have to manually copy our posts at the moment to GMB after posting and scheduling in Hubspot. If you could also add this to Hubspot, this would definitely make everything more easier!

The ability to either work with modules that are easy and have a simple UI, as well as getting into the background and customizing in more advanced ways. Also, the customer support has been amazing.
The reporting can be a little confusing, but customer support has been helpful.
The Campaigns feature has been a game-changer for us. Attributions to specific goals and all the little touches along the way. Nurturing, triggers and the ability to integrate with our sales tools has been amazing too.
Simple automation, leads capturing and Easy tool to create contents
The only thing that i dont like are the the payment based on the numbers of leads in the suite..i think should be Unlimited with pro and enterprise
Everything related to marketing and sales
HubSpot is always adding new features and truly listens to their client's feedback. I use HubSpot everyday in my role as a marketer, from emails to social to web traffic and more. Our sales team uses HubSpot religiously as well and we are always discovering new ways that HubSpot makes our jobs easier. The customer success managers are beyond helpful and their support is top notch. Also the fact that I can automate our marketing, contact tagging, etc. makes everything flow so much easier!
There is no built-in e-commerce support for HubSpot-hosted websites. Unfortunately, because of this we cannot host our site on hubSpot.
Easy to gather and interpret data, maintain a steady flow of marketing content, track sales through the pipeline, easily tag and target certain contacts, and maintain a clean contact list, among so many other things!
I like how easy it is to use, how comprehensive the platform is, and how well it integrates with other software I use
There are some missing features and lack of customization on the sales enablement from (related to meeting tracking, logging, and categorizing)
We are able to run our social, campaigns, blog, website, database, and more all in one place, which has led to better collaboration and time savings
- User friendly - Intuitive - Frequent updates - Great for management and team collaboration - Holistic campaign views We love the email tool. Its easy to use, and we loooooove the health section.. That has really helped us a lot when controlling the quality of our messages and has kept us accountable with data compliance policies, and database segmentation.
- Limits on how many ads and social accounts we can connect - Custom reports are hard to create and not flexible enough - My company needs more granular reports which we cant build in HubSpot (involving custom functions or calculation properties --- we need to go beyond basic math operations) - We're sometimes afraid to scale our database because we know that that means increasing our portal fee - Sometimes List don't filter correctly and there have been incidents with our customers, and frictions within my organization.
- Engaging with my database - Tracking campaign performance - Lead tracking and conversion The thing we don't really like is that sometimes tracking gets lost, especially when a lead is created through Facebook conversations. We've been having issues with clients when they create a Facebook message campaign and the attribution appears as offline sources, and that creates frictions and disenchantment. The most beneficial thing we have noticed is that by having everything connected and workable in the same place, we can deliver better. We're able to send the right message at the right time to our leads/clients. We can also have a better relationship within our team, we have improved our communications with both the sales and marketing team.
Smooth process of posting in multiple pages at one time and/or differentiating based on location pages. Also love the schedule feature.
Nothing but it might be cool to add some editing features in the future to add logos or copy on images and videos we are posting. I currently use Spark first.
Engagement and Communication have both been enhanced.
The best things about the Marketing Hub are the landing pages, forms, the ability to connect and manage social media accounts, and also utilizing SEO to our advantage. We work together with an SEO agency and also a PPC agency, and we use Hubspot Marketing together with Sales Hub daily. Marketing automation is another amazing feature that was easy to set up and deliver good results. Setting up forms and managing forms, adding fields are easy to do. Creating lists and managing lists is easy and works well.
Marketing and Sales Hub are priced separately. I wish there were a combo package deal so we can get an all-in-one deal. The reports and dashboard could be improved and made user-friendly. Also CRM integration with other platforms and plug-ins is another big deal when it comes to being able to work effectively, the Hubspot team could pay a bit more attention to this. Email tracking could be handled better in terms of functionality.
We had very low visibility and brand awareness. With landing pages and forms, plus social media and SEO tools, we were able to grow brand awareness significantly over the course of 2 years. The marketing also love Hubspot for providing us with the ability to manage all of our resources, tasks, and activities in one place. Another thing that was super helpful was Hubspot Live chat. The chat team is always so helpful in answering my questions regarding the Marketing Hub, and quick to resolve problems too.
Hubspot marketing hub is our one stop shop for all of our marketing needs. It’s so easy to create emails to our clients and also integrates with sales force very easily so our reps can see our activity and follow up with it. We created our own set of lead scoring metrics that are now live and utilizing them to control how to engage
Building the templates could be a little easier if possible. More drag and drop and less coding. We have certain features turned on that help us with this though. It’s reporting features could use some work too. The price is pretty costly.
We are solving the challenge of being in front of buyer 2.0. It’s difficult to keep in front of customers these days so hubspot helps us to stay relevant and inform them of new products and services so they know we can provide all of it for them.
I love how you can tag campaigns to different campaign elements (landing pages, forms, social media, email etc.) to get a holistic view of your campaign.
Anything that isn't perfect is usually in -progress set to come out soon or a decent workaround.
Being able to see what businesses AND clients we're engaging. Marketing qualified leads to prove the department ROI
I mainly love the drag and drop options in HubSpot emails, It just ease my work and I can create unique emails, landing pages, etc. It was easy for us to get the detailed report which helped in my metrics appraisal. It has an awesome workflow that can be connected easily. I can create everything within some minutes, it is very easy to work. I just love the way it is organized, it makes our work automated and it doesn't delay if we schedule emails or social posts. It is highly recommended for all new users. Designer pages are also good, they are easily editable.
We should have drag and drop options in landing pages too! It will be awesome if you could add that! Also should have still detailed reports with tables. In lists, there should be more criteria added, it should also be clearer criteria. Free integration should be there for bigger software. And there should be more free unique editable landing pages available for us to get more leads. One problem with the designer tool is if we edit the codes in the template after cloning the template, it changes the original one. And another one, you have to have the options to connect multiple forms to one landing page.
Benefits: Unique emails - like creating like how we like, reports and landing pages. Scheduling Social posts from Hubspot. Creating lists from lead source, and from criteria for form submissions according to date range. Workflows were awesome, it is more clearer. I hope I have added all the points which I remember. Thanks
Easy to use and your data is collated and kept all in one place, very organised.
Some HTML coding experience is required for a lore of the movement of modules, etc. May be off-putting for those of less technical mindsets.
Getting visitors to the landing page to sign up - we have found that by streamlining the registration process and arranging the form to have more then one field per line as well as great branding and design has improved our registration numbers.
I like that many of our marketing channel can be tracked in one place. Good support from HubSpot staff through the 'help' button. When I am unsure about the features that can be used on this application I am pleasantly surprised with the expertise and support of the HubSpot staff. The customizable dashboard is a great asset to the platform. It is a centralized place for all of our social media channels.
The chat flow feature can be improved to be more user friendly. For example, changing the order of the quick replies so that the flow does not have to be re-built if there is a mistake. In addition, some times there are glitches to the platform. Social media posts will not go out as scheduled or there will be a difference in the link visuals. This can be frustrating because they will have to be manually posted on social media platforms.
Engagement and viewing key performance indicators have been improved through the use of the Marketing Hub. There is an ease of scheduling posts for future dates has been greatly beneficial. Our blog was optimized through the use of content pillars and landing pages. I like that customer fonts, colours and sizes can be set as default for the blog and press creation. It makes things easy to keep consistent for our brand image and visuals. There is a great degree of collaboration between our team on HubSpot as well. The admin settings are very useful for our start up and in the virtual setting.
For six months, I worked for a company that did not have HubSpot, and it was one of the primary reasons that I left. HubSpot makes it easy for even people like me with limited tech skills to create, publish, and analyse content across multiple streams. Honestly, trying to manage content without HubSpot should be used as an 'information extraction' method.
Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything.
Currently, I am correcting and republishing content to our blog. I am looking for ways to improve the overall performance of our content and opportunities to diversify it. HubSpot has allowed me to do that quickly, and I am able to track performance of each piece and as a collective. I'm excited to see what else Sekure can build with HubSpot.
I really love the fact that I can easily make it our single marketing automation platform even for a multi-channel marketing with ease. There is a reason why it is one of the most popular marketing tool in the world.
The cost, and the social media management tool having limited features. These are my only two dislikes
Using HubSpot for more than a year now and it has really made it centralized marketing for us. From the marketing email campaigns, sequences, chatbots and everything that we need, we do it through it. It is not very affordable for many, but when you start using it to its full potential, it is totally worth the cost.
What I like the most about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that it is robust enough to cover all aspects of my marketing role. From managing social media, email marketing, CRM, landing pages, dynamic workflows, reporting, and more, it has it all. One tool I use often is the landing page feature. Whether for a report, newsletter, or even a special offer, HubSpot Marketing Hub landing pages are dynamic enough to support any use case I can think of. I love that it seamlessly ties into other HubSpot features and is fully customizable to look and feel like my brand.
There is nothing I dislike about the HubSpot Marketing Hub.
In my role, I manage our reports, social media content, and email marketing and manage all of this in HubSpot Marketing Hub. The benefits I've realized would include increases in revenue, audience growth, and customer retention.
All-in-1-tool: you can use it for marketing as well as for sales and all kind of campaigns
pricing - a bit too expensice compared to others
building up new marketing campaigns for our new brand
The integration of email marketing, blog hosting, seo, contacts, and more.
Sometimes I forget how comprehensive the product is because it has so many features.
Doing everything and anything around my marketing role.
