I like the fact that we can collaborate with staff that's traveling or working from home. We can also collaborate with clients that aren't nearby is what puts Goto Meeting at the top of the list of "needs" for every size company. I love the fact that I'm about to create break out rooms, create meetings in less than 60 seconds, and actually meet!

One of the biggest issues that I find frustrating is the inability to use a vfairs or Virtual Reality plugin. Many of our clients like the virtual reality 3D ability to meet within an ecosystem. This allows our in-house and external clients or vendors to have that in-person feeling many of us feel we're still missing.

We solved the issues of having staff that's traveling and still can work on projects. We can collaborate with clients as well as contractors that are sometimes in other countries.

GoTo Meeting has been an excellent software that I found on G2 for my daily conferences wherein I can call individually or in groups with real-time screen-sharing of screens. The ability to share the presentations to enhance communication skills further makes GoTo Meeting a must tool for all businesses having the requirement to communicate with either employees or customers. GoTo Meeting integrates productivity through seamless flexibility to all users by working at any location.

GoTo Meeting is an excellent video conference software that helps users with a one-click connection at low bandwidth. However, the scope of improvement for the software is limited to providing multi-lingual options to the user and reconsidering prices to make the GoTo Meeting further a more lucrative software in the market.

GoTo Meeting has been an excellent software for enhancing productivity by rendering flexibility to the users as it works on low bandwidth and can be easily accessed at remote locations. The software has been a boon for Video Conferences as it provides the best in market experience and enables a one-click connectivity with provisions of integration with Google Chrome Extension and online event collaboration. as a software, it is a complete solution for all problems of video conferences.

It is easy to use, and my clients can also access it quickly. Sharing of the screen takes no time at all or giving controls to another user is straightforward

Initially, I wouldn't say I liked that my clients could not see my screen as clearly as I thought. I informed them to move the user window panes around and adjust their monitors to present the whole picture even though my view of what they saw looked clear and large enough.

It allows me to perform more demonstrations without taking a bunch of trips. It helps me prequalify a client before having to perform a deep dive into the specifics of the operation

I love how easy GoTo is to use. I love that you can record sessions and share with those who couldn't attend. I also love that you can include documents for those attending the meeting as well.

There really isn't anything I don't like about GoTo. It has everything we need for our company and has been very user friendly for every meeting we use it for so far.

Put participating in meetings and conversations has dramatically helped me. The GoTo Meeting user interface is excellent. A fantastic job has been done, and a great deal of work has gone into providing interactive support.

As for the software's accuracy, GoTo Meeting should be more unbiased as it is sometimes slow and has minor connectivity issues.

I sometimes faced audio issues while connecting through dial-in. This issue occurred whit me multiple times so I started using a headset with microphone to avoid this issue.

GotoMeeting is very useful for scheduling the meetings accross the globe. The previous software which I used to use for meetings does not allow any guest participants to join but this is not the case with GotoMeeting.

It is an industry-standard web conference software. We use it for meetings with customers across the globe. It is quite reliable. Has all the features that a user might need related to online conferencing like recording, screenshare etc. Overall works quite well. Accessible from web and mobile.

Lack of toll-free numbers in some countries. Some of our clients have not heard of Goto Meeting or used it before. So it might take a few minutes for them to get used to it. With the emergence of Zoom and Google meeting as industry standard, some clients/partners have not heard of GotoMeeting

It helps in collaborating with customers leading to stronger relationships with them. We are able to deliver projects remotely without visiting the client.
