Demio is one of the most intelligent and professional platforms for managing marketing teams and education as a user I consider it a highly intuitive software that has a simple fluid interface and above all very easy to use, give a webinar with Demio is great because it has tools such as promoting social networks, surveys and voting, screen sharing option and the function of opening a public or private chat to answer questions during the session which I think is a wonderful option finally their customer service is fast and very professional offer help articles and a live support chat

As a Demio user I have noticed some weaknesses that Demio as a software should improve as are the limit of 3 cameras for the presenters seems little I think if it were 5 would be extremely useful, the initial price for the software seems a little expensive may not be a good option for small businesses, the mobile application for IOS is deficient needs an upgrade to optimize its operation, it has happened that the wide side can not handle large audiences above 100 I would like Demio improve at this point

My organization has given many conferences and workshops using Demio's features because of its simple and fluid functionality our participants have always felt good about the operation and simplicity of the platform, another very useful feature has been to record the sessions and download them to send them to our participants or upload them to our website, my organization has trained a lot of people in different skills thanks to Demio's software

The system is easy to navigate, no downloads required for panelists or viewers, and customer service is responsive and human. Anytime I have had a question, they have gotten back to me very quickly - they've even helped solve problems with integrations with other apps! Demio is one of the most useful platforms for dictating seminars through videos and has tools that make this program one of the most successful platforms for learning, the interface is interactive and integrates a number of features such as multiple hotspots, real-time chats without interruptions and with a response time of 5 minutes and the option of sharing screens among other things that make teaching a fun and easy task, you can implement both IOS and android so it is very versatile, it is also a marketing platform where you can see different content.

Demio is not perfect has some weaknesses including the price an initial cost of $ 50 seems excessive, technical support despite being 24 / 7 sometimes respond late but are very efficient, sometimes when I try to automatically record a campaign or a seminar this is not saved correctly, from 100 connections the platform becomes heavy and slow also if it is HD definition transmissions may show freezing and disconnections, registration for free trial can be complicated.

My organization has used Demio to organize live web seminars, workshops and trainings in real time, also the interactive room of this platform has been very useful to share ideas and build relationships, we have measured the effectiveness of our seminars using Demio and has been really successful even we have created automatic pilot events to train our staff, this platform has allowed us to learn new skills and thus increase our productivity.

Demio was super simple to set up and customize for my company's brand and needs and even easier to use on an ongoing basis. We've received a ton of good feedback from our webinar attendees about how easy it is to access our webinars. They love the chat feature! The price point is great too.

I did need help from our web designer to integrate the form, but that's to be expected with any product these days. Overall, no complaints about Demio!

We were using our basic video conferencing tool for our webinars, and it just wasn't meeting our needs well. Our webinar attendee numbers were growing quickly, and we couldn't monitor and manage chat or video attendees well. The signup process was a nightmare too. We needed a professional tool. Demio eliminated all of these problems right out of the gate.

Demio is one of the leading solutions used by all SaaS based companies as it facilitates the advancement of customer training and marketing through fully live video by reducing customer churn and increasing test conversion. It also has a great capacity to customize the website that belongs to the company giving it a better design and making it more attractive and its intercommunication system is much more improved than skype or similar tools because it is a very intuitive platform.

Demio is a very good solution that is very difficult to get to the point against but nevertheless it has that better certain configurations like expanding the amount of clients or users within the videos since the one that contains at the moment is enough but not sufficient for medium and great company since these have a greater demand of employees than to facilitate any type of information to him but in everything else Demio is an extremely effective tool at the time of executing its solutions.

Demio began to be implemented within our company with the aim of facilitating the management of customers, through a creation of marketing advertising where everyone could be satisfied with the decisions taken because this solution has a very good feature which is that if any customer has questions about its operation this responds in a pleasant way and with dedication to each client.

nothing. I started out using zoom but switched to Demio because it's much better for hosting webinars and can also be used for one on one video conference calls.

I'm able to conduct my workshops virtually and also meet with clients and prospects virtually.

Demio is a well thought out platform. The interactive components during webinars have been great. The stability of the platform has been very solid for us. Their support is truly best-in-class and we are consistently pleased with their follow up when we have questions.

We do not dislike anything about the Demio platform.

We routinely host webinars for 500 participants and our previous webinar platform strained under that load. When we had problems, they were unresponsive. We went on an intentional search for a stable platform that could quickly scale to a larger audience. We also wanted to find a platform with world-class support. We found both in Demio.

I felt in love with Demio since day one. I like the clean and sharpest look, the chat and the emojis, and the camera feature that you can show your face without hiding the presentation. Also, you can prep your meeting with all material and resources and have them all in one place without being worry that attendees are going to see your desktop, or that have to clean or hide stuff from it.

There are a few things that I hope Demio improve soon: more emojis, and better polls. the question has now limited words and limited options for answers. Also, the fact that you have to upload your presentation in PDF format and you lose the animations, is not good...

I love to be prepared for my training, and have all I need in one place, is the best! I don’t forget anything anymore! If you don't know how to do something, you just click on the chatbox, and Demio starts assisting you.

Demio is very easy to use on both the host/presenter end as well as the registrant end. Registrants have found it very easy to navigate and our guest presenters have been quite impressed with the platform versus other webinar platforms out there. The ability to set chat from public to private is big for the webinars we have been running as it encourages friendly chat in the beginning and end of our webinars while allowing anonymity for questions during the presentation.

We have not encountered too many issues with Demio as of yet. One downside is not being able to preview the customized emails. We include hyperlinks in many of these emails, more specifically the follow up email, and I always want to make sure they work. I've currently been setting up trial webinars before hand to make sure the emails come through the way I want them to.

Like many organizations, ours has had to make a virtual transition. Our annual event, which involved a variety of workshops and speakers, had to be cancelled due to the pandemic and Demio has allowed to move forward with a virtual event, breaking it up over time through a series of webinars. The tracking and insights that Demio provides are very interesting and are not found in many other platforms.

We choose the Growth alternative to be able to brand the emails etc. It looks great! It was super easy to start using the tool, and I love that it requires no downloads - not from the organizer nor the attendees. Perfect! The split screen presentation mode with the possibility to show both the webcam and the slides is great too. The admin part is super easy, and I love the fact that you already have some email templates ready to go, but that you also can include your own text.

It would be great if it was possible to rewrite the emails to webinars attendees in your own words. The templates are fine, but we use another language (Norwegian) and the automatic translation was not good enough. So we chose to keep the English and add something in Norwegian as well. Would have been great to get the whole email in our own words. Also, it would be great to be able to include photos and direct links in the emails. I also miss the possibility to include my notes in my presentation mode on screen.

It gives us the perfect platform to organize professional webinars, something that we have not done before now at our organization. A very engaging way to communicate with potential clients and others.
