Databox is an absolute must in my tech stack. After trying most dashboard software out there, I've seriously come to appreciate the ease of use, large number of integrations, and great support that this product offers. As per the title, the visualizations that can be created using calculated and custom metrics are top-notch and make tracking KPIs a breeze.

I would like to see a stronger forecasting feature as well as a 6sense integration (if possible) in the future.

Databox helps our growth marketing department tell a more complete story by combining analytics from the vast majority of our tech stack so we can track all of our KPIs from a single browser tab, eliminating the need for time-consuming Excel spreadsheets, data gaps, and sub-par visualizations.

We like the style of Databox. It doesn't look dated and has been very impressive to our clients. We also love the variety of data connections and ease of set-up.

The data visualization options could use more customization options, particularly with text editing. It's great for basic live dashboards, but we struggle to use this for complete reports because it doesn't give us much of an option for complete analysis. The reports feature is on its way but is not there yet.

Being able to display live dashboards and cleanly. This is by far the biggest strength of Databox.

There are so many things I love about databox. First, it's very intuitive. You don't need to be a data expert. You can integrate data seamlessly from different resources. I have tried power BI, tableau, google data studio. And I prefer Databox. Second, because they work on the cloud, you can easily share the databoards. Last but not least, the people that work there are amazing! The sales rep, Vladimir, was excellent. Then, the support people like Tim, respond within a few seconds, and help you build databoards. I don't know who runs this company. I know they are doing a great job.

There's nothing I dislike about databox.

The support team is insanely good. Anything that I need they help me with, I'm always blown away. Also, there are built in integrations for everything, so I can usually deliver a great dashboard with a couple of clicks.

Databox is solving the problem of quickly visualizing random metrics on the fly for campaign managers using a wide variety of tools. We have several campaign managers in our team, and we don't want to pay for seats for our campaign managers for every single marketing tool in our stack. However, those campaign managers still need access to all of that data so they can learn and reiterate on their campaigns. Databox gets data out of our toolkit and onto a page so everyone in our team can see it regardless of access level.

I like the versatility of Databox very much. But what I like and appreciate the most is the Gold Standard help and support, I always received from helpful, understanding and friendly support team members.

It's not that I disklike what I am about to write, but I would like to be able to see more training videos, more specific ones in order to learn to help myself, eventhough I really enjoy getting in touch with the support team.

The most interesting thing about the Databox software is its flexibility, the general interface is very intuitive. There are several resources and tools you can use to configure your dashboards to meet your current needs and needs. Databox software offers a wide range of visualization options. The ability to create custom metrics is a very useful and amazing tool. We can modify the measurement display, with advanced data modeling capabilities, the software actually controls all the frames for me. As a marketing data analyst, I am very happy. It brings all our data together in one place We build live/interactive dashboards We define and monitor our performance against goals in making data accessible anywhere, on PC or mobile device, which allowed me to improve all my reports, setting it up is very simple I admire this software for its organization and structure.

The software is limited to 3 panels in the free trial. This can be improved in the databox software for beginners, I know that to get a lot of panels on my account I need a higher subscription, this makes the software value its features and tools being the best software in its category this influences a lot.

With the software I managed to centralize all my reports, the user interface is clean and objective, Databox makes it very easy for me to understand trends and updates are practically in real time, it is a very accessible software for all professionals I started in a few minutes it is very easy I didn't need any prior knowledge of analytics or dashboards to begin with, this was very interesting. I had already tested a lot of other software and didn't have the ease of use, flexibility, simplicity and customer support that I got from databox software is amazing customer support impressed me. It has all the features we need,helps staff stay informed and connected.

The design is very beautiful and versatile, it looks nice on all of my devices. Good Job Databox. Another thing I love about databox is its simplicity, it is simple, and without any unnecessary things, which makes it easier to operate.

It is quite expensive, personally, I only use the basic plan, which is $50 per month. No complaints about the performance.

I use Databox to observe and present my market research data. Databox assists me to do my assignment and I'm satisfied with it.

The ability to access real time data concerning an individual employee in relation to departmental output. Am able to determine weak points in production.

Databox is just the best software I've used to track performance. It has been a huge leap from the manual job cards.

Before using databox my department and company used manual sheets or jobcards to track individual employee output. This made it hard to track actual employee's output versus reported output. With databox the integration of sectional output with individual employee performance has hugely reduced administrative costs.

Everything has been built to make easier the challenge. And if for some reason, I wasn't able to get a solution (it really happened) I contacted customer support, and they gave me gently the way to do it. I really loved Databox.

Nothing (for my use, so far). I can see it's a really complete tool.

Limited Databoards available. The number of Databoards available should be much higher.

My management loves the reports they receive. Good thing is that the snapshots get attached to the emails so they do not have to open any URL or an excel file to view the reports. The snapshot feature is truly brilliant.

It is easy to connect it to almost all the platforms that I use to achieve the marketing results of the company, it is interactive so I can consult data from previous months, current or have a vision of the results that I will get if I continue with the current strategy, since that extrapolates growth, in case I need another performance indicator I can add it from the default list with just one click.

This tool has been perfect from the first moment I used it, for 2 years more compatible platforms have been added so it is even better.

When I needed to obtain the performance data of ads and content generated for social networks I had to export the data in excel and make formulas to count and add the data of scope, expense, interactions, video reproductions, etc. With Databox I have all these results updated every 5 minutes and I no longer need to export the data in excel to process them.

Databox is able to integrate way more platforms and data sources than any others that I know (without spending an arm and a leg). The integrations are also really simple to set up on your own, which proves to me that they have an effective and replicable system on their backend. A lot of other competitors require their own team to set up integrations for you, which usually indicates that their solution is too clunky and unpredictable to make available for customers to do it themselves. It is for the exact opposite reason that Databox is awesome and my preferred choice for an aggregated reporting tool.

The interface can be slow at times, but I can appreciate why since it's often pulling data from so many sources at once. The other con is that the custom metrics are somewhat limited. I understand that they are limited by the API permissions of the sources (I know LinkedIn tends to be strict on what they make available via their API), but it would be nice to make the experience of setting up those custom metrics a little more smooth.

We're aggregating results from a variety of different platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Gartner Products, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and more. All of these (with the exception of the Gartner products) have native integrations and are able to pull data into one unified location in Databox. Our solution for Gartner has been in the form of a Zap through Zapier, which is less ideal than having integrations already available, but is acceptable since Zapier itself is available as an integration.

The platform as a whole is very intuitive. The sharing process is easy and the templates make the data look sophisticated, which is great for sharing data with clients. Building the data boards is my favorite feature. If you have a paid version of the software you can create custom metrics that make sense for your industry as well. Our company works with HubSpot and the crm integration is fantastic.

The free version has some limited metrics depending on which source you are pulling from.

We are gathering important data for our company and our client's in one place where we can easily see how our website, marketing, and sales efforts are performing.

The pre-made dashboards and the support is great. There's countless other companies that you can sign up with and try to figure it out, but DataBox gives you ready-to-go templates that require very little setup. I didn't realize how many data points I didn't know existed.

I really can't think of any downsides, especially for what I use with their free plan.

We were able to connect data points across various systems (Youtube views with website views with facebook post likes, for example). The TV mode allows us to show a beautiful up to date dashboard that is aesthetically pleasing and easy to read. The vast and wide amount of connectors ensure us that we can connect to whatever service either we or our customer uses.
