The customization options are unlimited. You can basically change it from regular todo management to any kind of portfolio management based on your needs.
Their mobile applications are lacking a lot of crucial features. We can see they are updating quite often but still long way to go to use it daily.
We have a lot of meetings & keynotes & webinars across the organization that we have to manage. Before Accelo, we were using Excel to track information such as upcoming event dates, registration deadlines, deadlines for submitting presentations. With Accelo, we are able to manage all these process much more automated.
To be able to manage everything related to the business: clients, contacts, projects, tasks, time tracking, financing, customer relationship.
Mobile application is not perfect compared to their powerful web application.
We do a lot of different marketing campaigns with our customers. Before Accelo, it was a mess to manage all those little requests from clients and track the campaigns. Thanks to Accelo, now we are able to deal with all our clients from the single platform. It's a powerful platform when you move all your business activity to Accelo. Especially, customer wide email feature is key component for us to deliver fast response to our clients.
Potentially the best thing about Accelo is their extremely attentive support team. As an agency who recently onboarded Accelo as our project management tool, we've had many questions. Their support staff is quick to respond and will elevate your concern or request if an answer cannot be found.
There are a few features that don't work as hoped for our agency, but they have been adequately addressed by Accelo support staff and some are even being implemented as beta features. They great part about Accelo is that is it extremely robust and can be adapted for a number of different applications.
We have greatly improved our ability to track client time more granularly.

It is easy to link to a google calendar so it knows when i have meetings coming up and it helps me stay on top of my work by keeping me organized. It keeps a record of my emails sent as well so love that feature.
All the buttons at the top sometimes get confusing but it's not bad its just something to really get used to. I know I go in and reset this but I don't like all the emails I get when someone does a task I send out or when I send anything or submit work. I feel like I get spammed with emails. I also getting to those settings is a little difficult to get to change.
My organization problem and it keeps track of what I work on so its easier for my employer especially know since we are working from home.
I love the Stream feature - showing all emails between clients. I think that helps especially in my business. I also like the time tracking feature and the performance dashboard too - it gets a little friendly competition within our website! My company mainly uses the tasking dropdown and the time tracking and those have been super helpful.
The time tracking can be a little tricky to use - but overall I really like this feature as well. But overall, I don't have any major complaint about Accelo - i think it's a great site. Sometimes my emails do not show up in stream - so its really frustrating.
Its a great management tool. We are able to see how our team spends time on specific tasks and if it's profitable to do so.
I like the integration with Google Calendar and my ability to look at my capacity with my meetings included.
I dislike how sometimes the dates I said a task is due between are not what is actually displayed in my schedule.

Tracking time on tasks and tickets is fairly simple. Easy to manage the timeline of back and forth emails between us and the clients. Integration with Gmail is a big help. Calendar integration could use a bit of work but it's fairly intuitive and works fairly well when it comes to tracking client meetings or internal meetings.
The permissions structure for tiered accounts can cause issues with managing clients/tickets/tasks when logged on as a Contractor. Some Gmail integration does not work as smoothly as it should - sometimes emails from Gmail won't appear in the Inbox for some time, or at all. Inbox management is a bit of a pain, as I wish it could be a lot smoother than it currently is, with an auto update feature, along with more features in line with an email client. The inbox sync has always been a bit of an issue.

This platform simplifies our communication with customers, and its functions and tools are very simple and easy to use. It has an automatic tracking system for email, files, notes and more. Its intelligent technology gives you the opportunity to experience the vision that the client has from a single point, from any device and place.
it does not have the possibility of having several employees assigned in shared tasks, this does not mean that it is a bad platform or its functions are not guaranteed, or we are very happy with the results obtained.
We can measure the time we dedicate to each client and correct our work to make it more effective. It is perfect for performing an automatic update of the profiles of each client to see when was the last time we made an interaction with the user. We increased sales results thanks to improved CRM, active project work, time tracking and also invoicing, it has been an important tool for us, very easy to use.
How user-friendly time tracking is with my meetings being linked to my Google Calendar. Being able to start a lot of different timers at a time is a definitely a plus for people that are multi-tasking and want to keep an accurate breakdown of their time spend on each task. The leaderboard within the company gives us a better view of where we stand related to our peers. The ability to edit our time tracked makes it easier to adjust any potential errors and have our time being as accurate as possible.
The interface could be a little less crowded with a home page that could be more customizable. The tasks are not customizable enough either, we cannot edit the fonts as we wish or add tables/pictures for example. For our company, it would be useful to have Accelo have a team view reduced to only our specific clients and team members for a less cluttered view overall. Not being able to delete the time already tracked and saved makes it harder to track accurately sometimes.
Accelo is useful in knowing how much time I spend for each of my clients and makes me realizes when my hours should be spent elsewhere. Accelo is also useful in having more transparency within the company and see interactions between employees and clients to stay up to date with all deliverables. I think it has made our company more organized as a whole.
When I came on board the company was using google sheets to track our time with customers, freshdesk to track tickets for 2 customers, quick books on line to submit invoices, and no way to track customer interactions beyond sifting through G Suite to find emails and meetings. With Accelo ServOps we now have 1 place to track all interactions with our customers, log time spent with our customers, provide a secure portal for our customers to track ticket progress, and view live data to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Tracking things like we were previously doing was workable when we had 15 customers. For us to grow successfully we needed a better way to manage / track our activities. Emailing support gets a quick response that it was received and typically a response from a person within an hour (sometimes longer but not often).
Finding support information outside an accelo owned domain is virtually impossible. Their marketing team has done a phenomenal job of SEO... :) Their support pages have any information you will need but at times it is difficult to find the right information.
Consolidating all our previous tools into one integrated tool. When all invoices have been settled we are nearly break even with what we were paying before starting with Accelo. We researched for nearly 3 months before settling on Accelo. Very few platforms provide all the functionality of Accelo ServOps with one integrated tool. Others have modules that combined provide the same functionality but integration between modules is either non existent or minimal. Our team is now able to manage all interactions within the accelo platform or G Suite and I am able to track our SLA and retainer activity.
Accelo has the capacity for everything from tickets, to projects, to recurring work, to billing, to contacts, to tracking time. It's a complete package.
There is very little flexibility when it comes to planning meetings, especially recurring. Also, sometimes glitches with emails getting auto-archived, which is really terrifying.

I like the transition from lead to sale/client, it's very intuitive and easy to use. Other sites have you manually convert leads, which it time consuming.
It can be overwhelming with regards to the amount of data it can hold. You need to make sure you structure it in an orderly fashion, as it can easily get out of hand.
We benefit from the clarity that Accelo gives. Everyone involved in a project or with a client can see all of the relating correspondence, documents etc. in one place.
I like how easy it is to work my way. I wasn't shoe-horned into Accelo's way of thinking. They provided multiple avenues to accomplish the same thing. I can also use different customizations and workflows to tailor Accelo to work the way I want.
I sometimes have a hard time finding the information I need. The new UI changes have actually helped me find things easier! As much as I love the new UI, I liked have single click access to my email inbox or my home. It was nice to not have to go through menus to get to some of the primary screens I use. It would be nice to be able to set up a quick access section where I could put my most used and get there from a single click (I use bookmarks currently)
We have multiple team members. This not only provides us with a way to manage all of the jobs/tickets/contracts/etc... but it also allows us to use it as an unofficial knowledge base. I can't count how many times I've looked back through other projects we've done and found solutions for current issues we are working through with customer.
It has most simplest and easy to manage dashboard equipped with all the useful icons to generated my quote which I was doing previously on excel typing and re-typing the same clients data and always stuck in creating new folders and then remain stuck in for hours to find the appropriate folder, which was causing a communication gap between me and my customer.
I have no issues with this tool. It is integrated with so many useful tools which have made easy for me to drag and drop files. Its pie chart always give me an over view of how much time I am spending with a particular customer.
I am highly thankful to this software which has taken me out of my worries. It is good at automatically generating my quotes and keeps my data well organized and made invoicing for me just a game.
This software maintains a complete project management from beginning to end, being quite useful when it comes to planning an idea and then executing it successfully, since Accelo offers these options, with work schedules, budgets and assignments, which is a of the functions which I like the most, also that it connects clients with companies with specific views, highlighting that it takes into account a vision of the broadest and most convenient relationships for each individual.
Since it has a large part of the data that is sought in this software in general, it is not always easy to find, which means that it can delay the labor work in medium magnitudes, critically highlighting that its export functions are terrible, because it needs an update to eliminate the obsolete shipping system, not excluding that you cannot have multiple assigned in tasks that are shared and the schedule view could be more consistent.
Accelo is used in my company to consolidate a sales data entry, this software eliminated an enormous amount of work hours, by allowing our team that is in charge of the company's income, giving access to import and enter information for potential customers, we use this system to keep all our users and their retainers in one place and to integrate these containers against the registration time, mentioning that it is also very useful since we use it as our main crm and support tool.
I love Accelo for all the usefulness it gives my business, since it allows me to manage almost all the aspect of my company in a single software, from the administrative area to the marketing area, a marvel of software since we have a great variety of tools that allow us to manage all our business in the cloud in one place, this allows us to work more comfortably and from anywhere we are.
Particularly I do not have any type of bad experience with Accelo, since it has given me the opportunity to automate processes in my company and have better control over it thanks to administrative management tools, CRM to name a few, it is so useful that marked a before and after in my business since I greatly facilitate the day-to-day processes.
With Accelo we provide solutions to many problems such as project scheduling and timing to sales forecasting and email monitoring. We use Accelo because it allows us to have greater control over our business to the point that we can attract many more customers and follow up on each of them until the sale is finalized or even until we are fully loyal.
We like Accelo as it has a very good amount of customization and makes each project highly organized and highly sophisticated Since it can contain huge layers of information, the longer you invest in access, the better your projects will be, since you end up adapting and the information layers become more complete, another of its great benefits is that it allows us to send emails from our target's account. which is a very good resource in addition to monitoring customer interactions
One thing we don't like about accessing it is that they cannot understand that a person can have more than one account per email and not add a new contact with each email, they should allow adding multiple emails to a single client

Our team manage everything with this product. What I like about this product is we can schedule our tasks for whole week too, we can easily check how much work is one (daily/weekly/monthly). It can show on which tasks or projects an employee is working, every employee can also see work load of each other throughout the week or month. Super Amazing tool to manage each and everything.
What this software does best is to offer us quite varied functions for our business, but more specifically, it is software that has helped us manage our entire sales cycle, from contact management, follow-up of potential clients, project planning and automated billing. But the most impressive thing is that there is a customer portal function for our customers to collaborate on projects, accept quotes and view invoices.
I consider that this is a fantastic software that will help you increase your sales and create quite efficient sales funnels, however, being such a complete software its use is quite complex and in some cases somewhat tedious, and if we add to this that to be able to use the technical service or customer service you have to pay we will find a software that has a great deficiency and difficulty of use.
With Accelo I am solving the problem of how to get and attract much more customers since it allows me to create sales funnels that will drive my business to another level since Accelo is a software that accompanies us and helps us throughout the sales process from capturing the client to completing the transaction, without a doubt a software which we can get a lot of benefit from if we use it correctly.
